We had a wonderful experience but especially appreciated your very helpful staff. We drove 17 hours from VA with little notice, and your staff was so kind that every interaction was memorable in the best ways. We especially appreciated Candace and Alana!! Also, the bed we had was so good we called back to ask what type it was, and staff texted us the information the next day!

My only remotely negative experience was powdered eggs and no fresh fruit at breakfast. There were tons of other options like pastries, waffles, yogurt, and cereal.

Great breakfast and hostess was very nice and welcoming

The hotel was having computer system issues and had difficulty validating my company card. I found it strange that they wanted me to give a personal card if was a system issue. I knew theire was nothing wrong with the company card and even showed the clerk a recipt for food I had just purchased using the card. She checked the card again to verify the information and finally gave me keys and said the system was moving slowly. When I returned to the hotel after work, I was told the card was denied and I had to use a different form of payment. I insisted that she check the card information again and the expiration date had been entered incorrectly.

Breakfast was awesome and bountiful. The staff was was very friendly and helpful and had great attitudes. They were busy keeping the tables ready for new guests. They were busy keeping food available for the quests.

Shower curtains look filthy as if they had not been changed since they were first hung. It made taking a shower very, very unpleasant. The hotel should consider upgrading the curtains in the rooms as well. I hated to have to touch them. It takes staff a very long time to get towels to your room, so you have to wait to shower.

Someone needs to adjust the color on the television in room 306. The color on the television was terrible I needed to be adjusted. Everything was good except the hot tub was not warm at all. I told them at checkin I wanted to pay cash but for whatever reason at check out time it was put on my Credit Card which put it over the limit because I was only using for certain things that week. Other than that, the place was fine

I like the location, comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom, nice pillows, frigde and microwave in the room, enough parking space, nice staff, Laila was very friendly and helpful at breakfast

It was great to have breakfast but needs some variety

Sleep Inn Ruston is super clean, modern, and SAFE! The property was immaculately clean and very well maintained. The pristine pool was so nice to be in after 104° temperatures. The breakfast was super good too!! Fresh hot eggs, sausages, gravy, biscuits and waffles…as well as fresh fruit, cereals and pastries. Staff super nice, room extremely clean, bed sooo comfy!!! I will definitely be booking here again and again each time I visit the area.

Everything was PERFECT!!

There was issue with the elevator

Clean, comfortable and quiet.

No big deal really, but we filled out the slip to request toilet paper and more clean towels…. Placed on door as it suggested AND told a staff person. We returned later to see slip removed but the needed items were not there. My husband just went to desk and was given what we needed. But why leave a request slip if the maids do not read and supply items? 🤷‍♀️

Everything was awesome. I wish i could remember the blond lady who did the breakfast when I was there, oooo so sweet and friendly. Went out of her way to help us! Everything was hot and fresh too! Not dried out Front staff answered all my questions! Lead housekeeper was there at 9 oclock one night. Thats very dedicated. If I come back to Ruston, I will definitely stay with you again.

There was nothing to dislike! It was easy to find, conveniently located to shopping and restaurants too!

Friendly, extremely helpful staff!! Every single employee I came across was so sweet and professional! Lovely clean room. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature 😆 even the bathroom by the pool was clean and that's sometimes unusual. Breakfast was delicious 😁👍🙌💯

The bathroom was a little bit dark in the bathtub area.. price was higher than I would have preferred, but I did book last minute, so I understand. I wish I didn't have to leave to be honest 😞
