The room was warm and comfortable and the breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The hotel was situated very centrally and within easy access of shops, restaurants and the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful - they all seemed to be able to speak very good English.

Nothing really - but the mini-bar in the room did not have any items in it and I would like it to have been stocked.

Excellent location…about 100 meters from a large , well maintained park, eye catching features. A 20 minute walk through park and beyond to train station. opposite direction ,about 150 meters to The Stand , beach . Shops and restaurants nearby Well maintained building , comfortable room , well serviced. Quiet environment. Friendly/helpful staff

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were very satisfied. The Hotel Staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. Breakfast was a delightful highlight, with a wide array of choices served on elegant china in a friendly atmosphere. The room (suite) was spacious and well-equipped. The indoor hotel pool was a great addition. I would like to extend my appreciation to the outstanding Hotel Staff for their kindness in sending back an item I left behind. Thank you for a great stay!

The lighting in the room is not enough, I guess in summer it’s fine due to sufficient natural light, but in other seasons definitely need more lights in the room.

Clean, modern room. Great location - close to the park and the beach.

Staff - we weren’t warmly welcomed when we arrived, receptionist was very cold and giving us judging eyes (we are young couple with a kid); on breakfast all other guests were asked if they want coffee or tea and the staff were just staring at us and never came by. Breakfast - not many options for someone with food allergies/intolerance; no plant-based diary at all; very small place.
