The rooms were very clean and the beds were great; hot water in the showers--always a plus. Beautiful balcony walkways, and a fantastic location. Very pleasant and helpful staff for all things.

The first floor housed a parking garage, which is good for those with cars. I thought it was an eyesore considering the beauty of the rest of the hotel because that was what we saw from the balconies.

This is the second time I've visited this place and it has always been great. Clean and friendly staff. The location is good close to the centre and easy to get by foot. Quiet and peaceful. Nice to have the coffee facilities available. Thank you all for your attention and friendliness.

In the booking details, it states queen beds but they are double beds. It wasn't a big deal but it would have been more comfortable to get the queen size. When we travelled, there was a heat wave but they were not enough fans available. Not too bad as it cools down at night.

The hotel is kept away from street noise, it was peaceful. Best to stay in the VIP rooms as they are better furnished and more comfortable. The bed linen is the best, I loved the quality and presentation. Good to have water bottles in the room. The courtyard with all the plants is beautiful. Totally recommend this hotel.

The coffee machine service is a nice thing to have but not outside the bedrooms. The coffee machine was right outside my room and if people used it, they made noise and also felt unsafe for me as they were just outside my door.

This was the quietest place I have ever stayed in Mexico. Peaceful , the beds and quilts were wonderful , hot water , and there was a table outside to make tea and coffee. Staff were great and helpful. I would come here again.

It is difficult to write a review when everything is so perfect, the friendliness of the staff, the pulchritude of the place. It was just an amazing experience, and we will not stay at another place in Patzcuaro, but here. Now, the convenience of having an inside parking lot with a roof is great. Jess and the rest were simply amazing hosts.

The room we stayed in was the newer construction. Very well done. Good size room. They offered free coffee and tea with cookies through the day

Be restaurant on site but you can walk within minutes to them.

The place was immaculately clean. The room was large, the beds were comfortable, the sheets and towels were nice, there was a lot of hot water in the shower. It was nice to be able to park inside the property. There was coffee and tea available. It was easy to walk to the Plazas from there.

The room was cold at night (January) and there was no heat. They gave us plenty of blankets but it was really cold in the morning.

Scrupulously clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location.
