It was very clean and our suite was very spacious. The ice machines worked on our floor---understand we came from a hotel where we had to search for a working ice machine.

The indoor pool was not available. The elevator was a little wonky---we wondered if we were actually going to make it to the third floor. And the third floor had some hall lights out and it was very dark.

The property was very clean, in a great area. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had In traveling. Staff was so very welcoming and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

The pool and hot tub was not open, and on the web site it said it was down for maintenance, but the year on the notice was 2021. The web site needs to be updated to current.

The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel itself and the room were clean. The breakfast was fully stocked with fresh food and all the goodness.

The only downside I found was the hotel has very firm beds which made it hard to sleep through the night. If the bed had been somewhat softer, it would have been so much nicer.

The room is nice and spacious. The breakfast was good! It was a great place to stay the night on our way to Nebraska.

The breakfast dining area is a bit cramped for space. Otherwise, everything was good!

Only 3 things. One elevator was small and made weird noises. 2 was the pool was closed for maintenance and finally in breakfast area floor was missing tiles. Otherwise it was a good experience

It was very clean comfortable, the stuff was great, and the breakfast was delicious.

the smoke detector in our room have been taken out and not replaced. And the pool in the hot tub were shut down.

The price was excellent for such a nice hotel. The desk staff were friendly. The beds were so comfortable and the room temperature was perfect. The breakfast was amazing. I loved the lobby decorations ( Halloween)

It was hard to find and there was not a sign on the building . Maybe rennovating?

The breakfast..it was not a hot bar like other hotels..the milk for my cereal was almost empty and not cold..the hot part of bar was pancakes in.a pouch type thing..just no choices

Couldn’t read what the password for the internet was. Poor handwriting. Got a text from the hotel saying to text if we had any problems. We did that and didn’t get a response.

Room was very clean, breakfast was great, Staff was helpful and friendly.

The elevator was a little loud but other that I have nothing bad to say
