The breakfast was wow. The ambience, the place is breathtaking. The rooms are very stylish and clean.

The efficient booking and checking systems, beautiful ambiance at night with the lighting and waterfalls outside, entertainment connectivity, stuff friendlyness and and the delicious buffet breakfast. Well done!

The pool was ice cold, which is understandable given the winter season, however, I do wish to suggest an extra dollar on their prizing just for a heated pool Also, some disposable head wraps in the shower will do.

We arrived quite late in the evening, after travelling ±500km from KZN and was greeted like we were part of their family! The staff was very friendly, professional and excellent in what they were doing. Will definately go back, and without a doubt recommend anyone seeking "a home away from home" to stay with the family Familia Guesthouse.

I loved everything about the place ,more than what I expected. No complains

I struggled a bit to get transport to the mall.i think they should consider partnering with a mini taxi or sitting of some sort for guests who are not familiar with the place for round drives as also v realized there are no Uber or bolts in the area.but overall am happy with my stay.

Breakfast was ok the challenge is that I am on intermittent fasting so I eat after 11:00amv. The room was too small without sofas unlike room 9 which I was in last November which it’s spacious. Another thing issue of dinner should be clarified. What I would like to know is whether friends can visit me during the day and we have a braai? Generally all is fine.

This is arguably the best accomodation in the area. The breakfast was delicious and the quality of the food was out of this world. Tasted like fresh produce. The food was well cooked and tasted amazing. The garden is heavenly and the lodge is aesthetically pleasing. I absolutely loved everything about my stay. The rooms are modern and super clean.

This beautiful green garden is a delight for the eye in an otherwise pale Groblersdal. Room 1 was an absolute treat - spacious, comfortable bed and exquisite sheets. The shower with a big shower head was spa quality. It had everything I would want in a five-star ensuite room. Breakfast was fresh, warm, and served with a friendly smile. Safe parking. Easy access to main road. Loadshedding globes make it comfortable, bring book to read as wifi is off during loadshedding.

Beautiful guesthouse. Enjoyed the stay very much. The room was big and spacious with good facilities. It would be nice to have milk in the room to accompany the coffee station. Good location near the airfield. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Parking lot is quite small but will be expanded as they are building on.

Breakfast was divine! Far exceeded expectations. Great value for money with the friendliest and most attentive staff.

Dinner mentioned there being a "complimentary dessert" but this was not a part of the meal.

Very well maintained with lovely gardens and pool. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

There is lack of attention to detail when it comes to service. I had to ask for toilet paper after my room was cleaned. Staff very friendly but they don’t always listen well to requests. Breakfast is good if you know to ask for what you want. The first morning I was served scrambled egg. Only on request was I served a full breakfast the second and third mornings of my stay.
