Location was great, a short walking distance from the town (10 mn) and 5 mn from the beach by car. The parking is on the opposite side of the street. The hotel can seem a bit old but the room was comfortable and clean. I didn’t try the breakfast so I can’t say anything about it.

The member of staff who checked us in was really friendly, our room was basic but clean and massive. Shower gel in the shower, a load of storage space, aircon. Short walk in to the busy part of town.

The wifi didn't work in our room, the elevator was out of service and we were not impressed by the breakfast - not a lot of choice and the fruit was overripe.

The room was super clean, and the bed was also comfortable. The location is great, only 5 minutes driving from the marina and 15 minutes away from beaches such as Cala Liberotto and Cala Ginepri. Friendly stuff!

Breakfast was kind of late (7:30 1m) and the check out was also earlier (10:00 am) that what I was expecting from a hotel. The rooms could use some more decorations.

Excellent location to explore the eastern beaches and Baunei coast. Very friendly staff and clean and comfortable rooms with aircondition. Easy parking just outside and across the road at the hotel’s own parking lot.

Room and the whole hotel extremely clean. Good air-conditioning in the common areas and in the room. Large parking under the shade of olive trees. Convenient location next to supermarket and restaurants but a bit away from the crowd

Breakfast was below expectations. Very limited selection especially of savoury food which is not to be expected during peak season, which could be improved with just a limited effort.

- Air conditioning outside on the balcony was noisy and we had to close the windows even though it was not that hot.

Good size room, tiny shower (but just as every shower on the island), very comfortable beds, corkscrew!, big parking by the hotel, 5 minute walk to the restaurants and shops, 20 minute walk to the beach.

Very simple breakfast (no warm options), tv in the room didn't have a single non italian language channel, no wifi.

Staff were super nice

If the wifi could be good everywhere , and in the rooms, that could be a perfect stay

It seems that the hotel is well positioned for travelers from one to another location in Sardinia, rather than those that stay in the town, as there is not much to do there. Therefore I would imagine mostly daily guests. Or maybe we missed something? Nevertheless, this is how we ended in the hotel, traveling from south of the island to the north. For such a purpose the hotel is well positioned and equipped. Price of around 30EUR per person, breakfast included in July was a good very reasonable, considering the offering. I would like to emphasize very friendly staff. The place was tidy and obviously very clean. Despite covid situation being managed, all the staff was wearing masks. The covid measures were smart and well established.

We found a parking place on the opposite side of street a bit remote, maybe also less secure? Breakfast was rich for such type of the hotel. We would wish a bit better coffee, compared to the machine one (but it is quite often for such hotels)

Staff was really friendly and helpful. Rooms are okay, with daily changing the towels and cleaning the room.

Breakfast could be better, the coffee wasn’t good quality.
