The room was very clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The A/C worked really well, as did the WiFi. There are plenty of channels on the TV. The bathroom and jacuzzi were both very clean. There were USB ports on each side of the bed. Breakfast was good. The location was great, we walked to the strip mall and there were several restaurants within walking distance. Parking was good, even in a larger vehicle.

No coffee in the lobby, which was strange. The towels were small, and given the private jacuzzi, an extra set would be nice.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The indoor pool was well taken care of- very clean and well maintained. The room was huge and fit our family of 6! The beds were super comfy and clean! Bathroom was clean and well maintained. The bar area was so nice! The two managers were very nice and we loved our stay- I would have expected to pay more for that kind of service and kindness.

My husband wasn’t a fan of the breakfast but he’s picky lol. My kids loved it and they had everything most continental free breakfasts have.

The staff were extremely nice and very helpful. We were traveling with a small dog and forgot to ask if they were pet friendly. Luckily they were, but they only allowed pets on the first floor. The hotel was full and it was too late to cancel my reservation. The clerk reached out to a manager, and they were able to accommodate us.

The parking lot was really small. I’m not sure where everyone was parked unless there was a lot I didn’t see. The rooms were nice and clean and it was quiet and in a very good location. I didn’t feel that the room was $200 a night quality but seems like that’s the average for that area

I loved the beds, restrooms and the room was overall great, the thermostat was pretty cool. would definitely stay again soon!

The shades were actually dirty and I didn't realize until my second day that I could control the A/C unit via a thermostat, also the first night a pipe had bursted and the staff informed me that I wouldn't be able to use the restroom or shower for 4 hours.

The location, room & breakfast were great. The amenities in the bathroom were very nice and appreciated. The hallways on our floor were quiet, no loud guest. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast area was clean and staff replenished all the breakfast items before they ran out. My husband enjoyed the exercise room.

The bathroom needs an update, especially the shower head needs to be replaced. No water pressure from the shower head. The bananas were not appealing to the eye, they were over ripe. The pillows need to be replaced.

Great location. There were restaurants right across the lot and Walmart across the street. Bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good too lots of choices. The sausage links were not really good but everything else was great

In our room there was water damage done to the ceiling and the fan in the bathroom did not work. The shower pressure was not good. And we had one lamp that did not work.

Staff was very nice. The rooms very clean and comfortable. Our 2 service dogs loved it as well. Wonderful breakfast as well. Price was great.We will definitely stay again.

Breakfast was good with a good variety of items. The location was perfect for our needs. The room had all the amenities we would want.

Everything was fine, we had no complaints.

Had breakfast available. Had working coffee maker. Helpful staff. Air was cold.

Beds not very comfortable. Room smelled musky almost like mildew.
