The grounds were gorgeous and very well maintained. There were many quiet areas to sit and have a drink, and the pool area was also beautiful. It was so nice to come back in late afternoon after a day of touring to relax by the pool. We also really enjoyed the breakfasts. Always a great selection of healthy foods. We LOVED the manager of the dining room — Carole. She was the star of the show! Always attentive and cheerful— the perfect person to greet you in the morning. Our room was spacious and the bed very comfortable.

Our first room was quite small, with too much gray both in the room and in the bathroom. It was very hard to apply makeup and it felt like a dungeon. We were so happy we were able to upgrade our room. It was a bit more money but thoroughly worth it. I highly recommend upgrading— we had a balcony with a beautiful view of the gardens, a large light-filled room with a couch and a good-sized bed. it made all the difference in our stay.

Our room was on the ground floor with a small terrace overlooking a grassy area. It felt very private. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There is a lovely pool area, with heated pool, which we unfortunately did not have the opportunity to use. The room was very well appointed but quite small. The bathroom was modern, very nice with a large shower, good bathrobes and towels. The breakfast is generous with lots of fresh items. The hotel location is ideal: ample parking, outside the bustle of downtown yet within walking distance of Gordes center, and the walk takes you by the jaw dropping sights everyone stops to see. But it is the staff that makes this place even better. Incredibly helpful and personable. We had ordered a cheese plate and wine for a mid-day snack, and in the middle of a huge thunderstorm they bought it to our room under umbrellas and set it up on the terrace. Made for an unforgettable afternoon.

Our French wasn’t great, so communication was very difficult at times as staff really didn’t speak much English (our issue not theirs). I was a little disappointed at the lack of knowledge of the greater surrounding areas. We had a car and wanted to tour around Provence. If a town was more than 30 minutes away, they had never heard of it.

Perfect place. We visited this hotel at the beginning of June and there were only few other guests, so hotel was very quiet. Very nice gardens, nice patio area to sit and relax, plenty of shaded places to sit down if you don't want to be under direct sun. Beautiful pool area. Breakfast with different choices, I especially liked cheese. Reception, bar and breakfast personnel excellent, they speak good English and are very welcoming. Hotel is close to Gordes city, so you can just walk to the city and enjoy beautiful views of Gordes city and valley. During lunch until evening hotel offers some panini sandwiches to buy if you need some quick snack.

Rooms are small (but you know it before you book). Lightning in the rooms could be better, no ceiling lamp, so if you close door, it's little bit too dark inside the room.

The hotel is beautiful and elegant without being overdone, and the indoor and outdoor furnishings are abundant . The grounds and buildings are very well maintained, updated, and quietly luxurious. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, going out of their way to take care of every need. The pool is a delight! Breakfast is bountiful, rooms are quietly relaxing, and parking is convenient.

The traffic can be heard when relaxing outside, though not much can be done about that except installing some soundproofing walls. It would be nice to vary some breakfast offerings, for example- instead of always presenting scrambled eggs, perhaps serve quiche or strata. Lighting is needed in the closet area. There is a little (necessary) workroom near the pool that is unsightly, yet the lights are left on with the door wide open at night, so that it lights up onto your lovely pool area. It's a simple fix- turn off the light and close the door. :)

Superb location in Gordes, just a 20 minute walk of stunning views to the local village. Beautiful poolside area, lots of areas for relaxation throughout and never felt busy at any point. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and helped book us a dinner at one of the restaurants in the village. Excellent breakfast buffet, with a choice of pretty much anything you would want. The perfect place within the Luberbon to enjoy the best of Provence.

Everything was superb and great value for money. The hotel doesn't offer a dinner option, but lots of restaurants within Gordes to pick - a good snack menu is available until 8:30pm and 24/7 bar

They really took care of us on this trip - we ended up with one of the rooms facing the sunset for our two nights which was just so lovely. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and kind (and let me practice my French!) Breakfast is amazing - many choices and local options as well. We went for the breads almost every morning - when in France! The pool was also PERFECT. It's very cold which was amazing for the 90 degree heat we were experiencing in Gordes. Extremely refreshing. They have an in house bar nearly 24/7 that also serves snacks until 8pm. We enjoyed many an aperol spritz by the pool, on the terrace, and overlooking the sunset.

The beds are quite firm - we still slept fine but something to be aware of for anyone with a bad back.

This place was perfect. The breakfast was beautifully presented and had everything you would want in such a pretty setting. The grounds have so many different places to sit in that you would never feel that there were many guests in the hotel even though it was fully booked. The pool and the gardens are stunning. The location was perfect. We did not have a car and walked everywhere. It is a lovely 20 min walk into town if you take the low road (no cars and very tranquil). The walk to the Abbey was about an hour which was easy to do in the morning and cooler part of the day. They offer a snack and bar service after 12.30pm which was great if you didn't want to walk into town. This place was perfect to unwind and yet still a few things to do during the day around Gordes. By the way, if there on a Tuesday, the markets in Gordes in the morning is a must.

Our room had a terrasse overlooking the Luberon mountains. The bathroom was small but stylish with the same wonderful view. The bed was extremely comfy. The hotel is entirely decorated with spectacular artwork and has lovely Provencal gardens. The pool is beautiful and protected against the wind. Breakfast is excellent and served in a spacious area with lots of windows. Soy and almond milk are available. Noteworthy, there is a charging point (type 2) for EV vehicles.

A jas is a typical Provencal estate with drystone walls, olive trees and understated quaintness. However our room lacked that south of France touch. The colors and furniture were slightly unimaginative.

This really was the most beautiful Hotel . The location just outside the city of Gordes was amazing . Stunning views and absolutely fabulous Gardens all around the property . The pool area was large as was the pool . We had a car and based ourselves here . Very easy to see many of the Louberon Villages from here . The breakfasts were delicious and plenty to choose from . No restaurant at the hotel but many awesome restaurants in the Village centre. Plenty of parking available on site free of charge . Simply one of the most beautiful hotels we have stayed in
