Nice hotel and very helpful staff. Good location if you want to go high end shopping.
The breakfast wasn't great for westerners and almost impossible to get gluten free food. Hotel a bit tired but still good value for the price.

I liked everything except that wifi connection on phone didn't work and also if the hotel has staff to help English speakers...it can become an excellent hotel. All facilities used by me were of very good standard.
Wifi connection and assistance during breakfast can be better.

The property was very classy and the staff was super helpful. The breakfast was delicious! Every morning they have a new special they bring to the tables for guests to try. We would wake up earlier to fully enjoy breakfast! The tub was luxurious too. And the rooms weren’t too hot, our friends at other hotels complained their rooms were too hot.

Everything the reviews said about the AC is true. Adjusting it does nothing so prepare to be super warm or open up a window if there's no pollution that day.

Very polite staff, clean, new. Management helped arrange a lovely surprise for my wife for an important occasion. At one point she had issue with a stain on her dress which they graciously resolved, even visiting us at breakfast to offer her an update. In a somewhat utilitarian city (compared to Shanghai or Beijing), this hotel deserves its five stars. Geng Minhao, a younger manager, shows great potential to rise to the level of General Manager of a five star hotel one day with his flawless English, professional poise, and charisma. Our stay would have not risen to the level of spectacular without him!
