excellent staff, good location and price-point was good. good food and service in the restaurant.

The property was new a few years ago. We stay there about once per year so it is pretty easy to judge the change in conditions of the property. It was evident during our recent stay that the property is not being maintained very well. Broken door handles in room, , damage to walls and a lot of other wear evident. The pool and associated deck is not being well maintained and shows a lot of wear. we will probably have to look elsewhere to stay during our next trip based upon the rate of degradation that we observed.

rooms ok but shower bad, bed was comfortable.

old premisses, door did not unlock and had to be shaken for it to open. bathroom very old and not well taken care of. breakfast not specially good.

the building needs to be refurbished urgently, dirty carpets on the hallway, broken parasol in the pool area, loose slabs around the pool, bathroom sink partially blocked. too expensive for what they offer.

Made feel unwelcome from the moment we checked in. I think the staff have confused being cold and unwelcoming with being professional. Particularly, i think his name was Adriano, at least thats what i was told, very unprofessional. When i expressed my dissatisfaction with the first room which had a faulty door and only one bed he decided to argue with me to justify the incompetency by trying to blame me and how i made my resrvation, he has a very bad attitude even my 15 year old son who has a much more patient temporament than me commented after
