I liked the front desk staff...someone was also in training, very nice people. My room was clean and comfortable...

Someone could take an abrasive stone cleaner to remove the ring inside the toilets ...and the dark looking spot inside the bottom of the toilet...someone needs to wipe down the baseboards. Someone needs to vacuum and mop the floors...pay attention to detail..even if it takes extra time...I would love to be a secret guest and be able to express my concerns with the hotel management...But, in the end I enjoyed my stay.

The staff was great and the room was very well updated and clean. The price was ok for the value.

The bed was hard, we didn't care for the traffic noise and would have preferred doors that didn't lead right to the outside. Didn't feel very safe. The breakfast choices were non existent for healthy eaters. Powdered eggs and sugar filled sausage.

The value is terrific. A basic but well-designed room, plenty of towels, coffee maker, fridge, TV, table & chairs, and more at very nice rate. Friendly, helpful, and efficient reception staff. Clean accommodations. Nicely close to the freeway.

Outside appearance (e.g., sidewalks, parking lot) clean but not beautiful. Surrounding town itself looks a little seedy.

It was a regular motel room but had lots of amenities. The breakfast was outstanding.

They said the hot tub opens at 6:00. It did but the water was cold. The door knob to the bathroom didn’t work from the inside. My friend got locked in. When we reported it they said they would send someone to fix it.

The breakfast wasn't bad for a budget hotel. There were a variety of foods, hot and cold, and the hot items were replenished regularly. The orange juice was good and it often is not at places like this. The staff was friendly. The location was next to the freeway. I read other reviews that noted it wasn't a good part of town. I have no idea if that is accurate or not. There are several motels/hotels on the same road and a gas station is near by. The room was fresh smelling when we got in. Everything was clean and neat. The heat/air worked. While we didn't have our dog with us, I spoke with the front desk and they only charge a $20 fee for a dog. However, if you tried to sneak one in, they would have penalized you if they noticed it. We met one of the room cleaners on our way out and she was helpful, polite and friendly.

The cost for us was high for a one night stay in that part of the world. I could probably have found a comparable room in LA for the same price for a Sunday night. We still decided to stay because the Inn had a high rating compared to the nearby hotels/motels. In terms of the breakfast, the coffee was weak and since we didn't see any other coffee places nearby, that was a small disappointment inside of the larger picture of satisfaction.

I liked the comfort of the bed. The mattress was great. Getting DirectTV was great. The breakfast in the morning really did have a good selection. The room temperature was perfect, I didn't need to use the a/c or heater.

I am being a little nitpicky, but I found that the info sheet placed on the bedside table was sticky and dirty. Also, the alarm clock hadn't been set and I couldn't figure out how to set it so it would show the correct time and stop blinking! I did sit on both beds to figure out which one to use and discovered that both made some "creaking" noise. But the one closest to the door was less noisy. One final item, the price that I was charged was higher than the price I booked at. I didn't realize this until I had already gone into the room and got settled in. I have worked in the hotel hospitality business ( housekeeper , front desk and sales) and tend to be picky.

The Staff was nice and I liked the size and decor of the room. Plus there was free breakfast.

The room was noisy with an extremely loud fridge and a toilet flushing that wouldn’t stop drawing water back in to the tank. Reception said this was normal for their system. I‘m glad I had my noise cancelling headphones.

Close to the freeway. Close to restaurants. Room was clean and nice with refrigerator Breakfast wasn’t good, bread and sweets already dry.

All processes worked well.

A smoker in the neighbouring room. The smoke would go into your room in this case, which is definitely not pleasant. Of course, not the fault of the hotel.
