I loved everything. Very clean rooms,card door lock and quiet.Staff are all so friendly, personable .only thing was my fridge froze my food items I had.But no biggie.loved my stay so much I stayed an extra night. My chiauahua loved it too and chased a squirrel as big as him. Thank you staff as Aurora. I'll be back this summer. Eileen

Just the fridge it froze the food

The room decor was understated but lovely. The room and bath were both extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows. There was plenty of hot water for showers and good water pressure. We were a little worried when we drove in and saw several work trucks parked in front of units that it might be noisy but we never heard a sound and we slept through the trucks leaving in the morning.

We were sorry that we couldn't stay longer. Breakfast would have been appreciated.

This property is located right in Greenwood which is great for us! It also allows pets and this is great when travelling with our dog! We visit Greenwood every year and always stay here!

I recommend this great little place. My Niece and her husband were really pleased with the accommodation. Staff were very welcoming, and it was a good location with restaurants nearby. I booked this a few months ahead of time for my family from the UK. There was initially a mix-up for the date on the booking.com site, and the Motel was very helpful and sorted it out in a polite and professional manner.

Loved the comfy bed being close to tim hortons. Also liked that they allowed my cats .Really great spot .

I wished there had been a microwave in the room. Also, more decafe tea and coffee for the keruig machine.

Comfortable beds, TV, WiFi, mini fridge, extra blankets.

I don't like the fact that the rooms don't have a microwave, I spent 322$ for 2 nights but still had to go out and buy fast food for 3 meals both days because I had no way to even make microwaveable stuff. There's room on the table where the coffee stuff goes to set a microwave and just place things on either side of it. Every other hotel/motel I have gone to has a microwave in each room.

Aurora Inn was a clean, comfortable budget option in a place with very few options. I would return. The motel is located next to a large field and my son spent the evening playing lacrosse with other kids from the motel.

This place has excellent rooms. Well renovated and maintained. You can tell the owner takes pride in the property. The staff was there and gave a warm friendly vibe to a cold, wet and tired traveler like me. I was well instructed, and enjoyed my room which has parking in front of the door, perfect for motorcycle travelers.

I honestly cannot think of anything that needs improvement at this place. Be nice if they added a kettle for those of us that like to make tea in our room. There is always room for improvement with device charging, adding a special power bar with USB plugs is always a nice touch, but this is really splitting hairs. The place was fine and the price was fair.

Air conditioner was a bit difficult to regulate. Digital and no instructions so we were either too hot or too cold.

Easy to get to. Close to many amenities. Very friendly accommodating staff.

I found the rate kind of hugg for the area, but it is near wine country.
