Large well equipped bedroom; super poolside bar, pool and terrace restaurant. Hotel very clean. Friendly staff.

Some noise nuisance from yapping dogs left in bedrooms and bedsheets not changed in 5 days although pillowcases were changed.

Lovely room with 2 massive beds giving us a 12ft wide bed. Great balcony with sea view overlooking the swimming pool. The breakfast was an excellent buffet with both hot eggs, sausage, bacon etc, cold cuts, cheeses, good selection of fruit, yoghurt and hot pancakes and pastries. Very dog friendly and no charge for the dogs, only place they are not allowed is the breakfast room. Plenty of parking which is also free. Location is good with a 10 ‐ 15 minute walk along the sea front to the main town restaurants, shops etc. Pool looked lovely but a bit chilly in February so gave it a miss.

Everything was perfect, we will come back.

I was there for 3 days before moving to another place for 2 weeks in Sitges. I did also do some remote teleworking from there which worked fine, since I had additional folding tables so I could put my wide curved screen in a suitable distance (the table they offer is very short in depth). the room is not very big but big enough even I had extremely much baggage (elevator is very slow...). Large bathroom and balcony. A bit view to the beach which is ok but not the best you can imagine. Had one salad in the bar which was fine. Room has lot of natural light and I enjoyed sleeping and working there. I was lucky to find a free parking slot in the Hotel area, but I was not aware it is subject to availability, so I did not move the car for the 3 days... In principle all of the staff members I met were friendly, even some super friendly and nice and helpful with all your issues you need to be solved. Very professional hotel, and at the same time warm.

It is some time ago so I do not remember particular bad things to mention. Note it is 20minutes or so walking to the center. Sitges was not my favourite place but for some days it is interesting, and many good fashion shops. I did not know it is a LQBT town, and I felt almost "unnormal" there ;-)

A beautiful small family and dog friendly hotel, right on the stunning seafront. The hotel and grounds were immaculately kept. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, especially the lovely Victoria. The room itself was all you could want for a week in this wonderful location. The housekeeping staff always checked if you needed anything. There was a mini bar in the room, which we didn’t use, but it wasn’t expensive. Breakfast was a plentiful choice of hot and cold items. It’s only a 20 minute walk along the elegant Passeig de Maritim into Sitges town itself.

There is nothing negative about this property

The location by the seafront - nice pool area and garden - very relaxing and never crowded - nice pool side bar - although a good walk into town (15 mins), there is a regular local bus service every 30 mins which takes you into the station and the heart of the town. There’s also a local tractor train that regularly goes along the waterfront . Loved the morning walks on the promenade away from the buzz of down town. Nice balcony which had a limited see view but perfectly adequate.

We stayed for a week and I found the breakfast menu never changed in that time - that said it was more than adequate and the lady who generally served at breakfast was friendly and helpful. Likewise room staff were good and pool bar staff friendly. Didn’t find reception staff overly friendly - had a problem with my key card almost daily and had to have this re-programmed each day I stayed (7 days) - only on the last day did someone in reception tell me that if the card was kept by your mobile phone it demagnetised the card - this would have been helpful to know the first time this occurred! However that’s a helpful lesson for future hotel stays anywhere.

Check-in was smooth. The receptionists were friendly as well as the housekeepers. It's around 20 mins walk to the town, but you won't notice it if you're walking along the promenade. It's a good family-friendly hotel and it's not so noisy compared to if you will book in the centre. The family room was good and bed was comfy. Its also clean. Note that the building is quite old so dont expect a 5 star facility. Breakfast is also ok. If going back to sitges definitely will be staying there again.

The hotel is clean and comfortable and very close to the beautiful promenade in Sitges. There was no charge for parking and we felt that the car was secure. Unfortunately my friend got ill during the stay (no fault of the hotel) and the staff accommodated a late checkout which was very helpful.

The hotel does not have restaurant facilities in the evening, although there are many a little distance away. Unfortunately there was also a data breach before our stay, and although I do not believe that this took place in the hotel, it is a little unsettling.

The suite we stayed in was gigantic and impressive. It was slightly dated in finishes but I found the place charming and really it exceeded my expectations. Bed was excellent. I loved staying in the original/old part of the hotel. They have free bikes to use and they helped us rent children’s bikes. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. Most staff was very friendly. Great pool with a bar beside it. It’s close to everything but there’s a tram that runs in front of it as well. Right next to the beach. Truly a gem!!

Our AC didn’t work but they remedied the solution with a portable one. The suite did have some outdated facilities but over all it didn’t detract.

The hotel is located basically at the beach (road across) but also has a pool which allowed to have a flexible and relaxing time. It’s not too close to the busiest street so it’s not loud either. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a variety of options.

The beds by the pool were not clean, there were a lot of dirt under the pillows which needs to be cleaned ok daily basis as it’s only a few (the sunbathing chairs were ok though). Breakfast should have more vegetables as there were practically none.

Beautiful hotel, nice room. Friendly staff and a few great beaches near by. Perfect for families. Good breakfast, nice and clean pool. lots of pillows on beds and a huge bath tub.

A bit far from the center, almost no vegetables for breakfast, the local restaurant was a bit expensive with small amounts. No stores near the hotel, all supermarkets are within 20 minutes walk at least.
