The room was lovely, spacious and clean and the staff helpful and responsive. The location is excellent, right next to the beach, but also slightly away (5 minutes walk) from the town centre (which to us was an advantage because there was no noise at night).

There was very little we didn't like - this is an excellent hotel. The reception staff, cleaners and facilities generally were excellent. One small point - we thought we were getting a room with a sea view from the balcony but it was only a side view to the sea. Also, we had a small issue with our balcony door not locking but it was promptly fixed when we brought it to the attention of hotel reception.

I recently stayed at Mediterráneo Sitges, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. ✅ Location: The hotel is in a prime location, right by the beach and within walking distance of Sitges' vibrant restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The sea views from the terrace were breathtaking, making it a perfect spot to relax. ✅ Accommodation & Comfort: The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a modern design and comfortable bedding. Having a small kitchenette was a bonus, especially for longer stays. The balcony provided a lovely space to enjoy the fresh sea air. ✅ Amenities & Services: The pool area was fantastic, with plenty of sunbeds and a peaceful atmosphere. T

The check in was a bit of a wait. check is only at 3pm

The apartments were very spacious, clean, the sofa bed was a good quality double bed and had a well equipped kitchen. The communal areas were clean, well maintained and had a lovely cafe and pools. Staff were friendly. Location - Great Overall an excellent complex.

No parasols in the pool area. There were restrictions on sunbeds being on concrete areas only and not allowed on grassed areas. Therefore if shade was required you would need to sit on the grass or concrete benches. We only used the pool once due to this but feel it could be easily rectified with parasols.

The location was right on the beach front and within walking distance of everything. All the staff were friendly and couldn't be more helpful. The apartment had modern/recently renovated beach feel. All the necessary kitchen utensils were there. Air-conditioning was wonderful esp since some days were over 30c. The pool was nice a cool & refreshing..only 1 day of my stay were there lots of screaming kids around pool but they were having fun.

A few more English TV channels would have been nice. The grass around the pool wasn't mowed until the day I left and it was long and itchy when I was using the pool...all sunbeds were taken.

From the moment we arrived the staff were welcoming and helpful and we were put at ease immediately. The general facilities were excellent with lots of comfy seating in reception. The accommodation itself was wonderful with views of the sea, comfortable seating area and dining table on the balcony. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The apartment was cleaned every day and throughout the stay help was there if we required it but equally we were left in peace to enjoy our stay.

Nothing, only minor point was the safe was a bit tricky to open and close but not so difficult that we needed to seek help. If we had mentioned it I think we would have been helped very quickly but it wasn’t significant enough to raise really.

This is a modern hotel/apartment block on the sea front in the middle of everything. We stayed in a glorious one-bedroom apartment which had everything. We were on the 5th Floor with a large balcony overlooking the pool but with clear view of the sea. Our apartment was a standard '4 person' apartment' but I don't see how it could be better. We parked in the car park below the hotel - easy parking and there is a lift up to all floors. On arrival we parked on the ramp by the front door while we checked in and unloaded. The reception chap was super friendly and helpfull - nothing was a problem. We absolutely loved this apartment and Sitges.

Nothing - everything was perfect

The desk staff spoke English, which was a plus for our minimal Spanish vocabulary. They were friendly and provided the information we needed during our stay. We only had 1 night in Sitges prior to our flight home the next day. Because we had a short stay, the location across the street from the beach and within walking distance to so many shops and restaurants, made for an amazing stay in Sitges. The pool area was lovely. Water temperature excellent for swimming. Our apartment kitchen area provided us everything we needed, and the bedrooms adequate for the three of us. We enjoyed the balcony, especially in the evening.

Cafe next door very friendly and very good selection of breakfast and all day foods. Incredible bed. Very generous storage, beautiful views, friendly atmosphere around apartments. A/C worked well in both rooms. Glad to see a w. machine but didn't have time to try it.

The apartment kitchen needs to upgrade the cutlery so breakfast can be enjoyed on the balcony/indoors. Only one v.small knife difficult to use for any meats. Old school bottle opener. Only one bowl for any food. Nowhere for fruit or salad bowl. No serving cutlery. Plastic containers for fruit or sandwiches to enjoy the beach would help.

The gentleman on the recetion desk was excelleent and answered all communication efficiently and accurately both prior to and during our stay , The hotel is in a prime position a couple of metres back from the seafront and only a ten minute slow walk to the centre of the town. The car park under the aparthotel was well laid out and secure and there was a lift from the car park direct to all floors which made unpacking very easy. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped and a plus is the large balcony with excellent sea views, you may need to check that your room has a sea view if you decide to visit Sitges.

Apart from the weather, nothing.

The Hotel is close to the beach, the room has renovated kitchen and bathroom with good modern plumbing. We didn't travel with pets, but it is great that the hotel accepts them. Really nice and helpful staff Just a neutral hint for the others: the gates to the parking are 1.9m high, so keep it in mind when going to this hotel on your own car.

The apartment walls are slightly tired, and the common area on the floor doesn't look as one I expected to see in 4* hotel. But may be this is the hotel style - a little bit worn and sloppy. Not every elevator goes to the parking, you have to stop on 0th floor and change elevator if you weren't lucky on your floor. Horrible smell on the parking level.
