It's in a great location and easy to find from the train station, and within easy access for the airport bus stop. It's also very near to the main attractions - beach, town, bars, restaurants, supermarket, etc. The room was basic but nice, and the breakfast was good too. The hotel staff were really lovely and helpful too. The whole hotel had oil paintings throughout by a family friend of the hotel, which was a really lovely, tasteful touch. I recommend!

I really liked staying at the Montserrat, but it could be a little noisy at times from within the hotel, but also outside on the streets, but I suspect this is the case from most hotels in most seaside resorts during busy times! Nevertheless, I really liked the hotel, and would definitely stay there again sometime. Thank you!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I used beach towels and umbrellas every day, and the tortilla at breakfast was amazing. The towels in the room were changed and the room was cleaned every day. It's not a luxury hotel, but it's safe, clean, and they try to make you comfortable. If you're out all day and partying at night, you won't even notice some of the shortcomings. It's a great hotel for LGBT individuals.

A full-length mirror that we can use in the rooms or as we leave the hotel is necessary. It would also be nice to have an area to hang swimsuits and towels for rooms without a balcony on the terrace.

What a wonderful little hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a very spacious bathroom (it looks like they actually converted two rooms into one room with a bathroom) and a little balcony with chairs and a table (and little clotheslines to hang our swimsuits on), and air conditioning, and an espresso maker. The breakfast was varied, and the breakfast room had balcony space too. The hotel was a short walk to the beach and a short walk to downtown/the train station, on a less busy street, so it never got too loud for sleeping. There was even a larger balcony area on the 4th floor to sit out and catch breezes. It also had a fascinating history display with a bunch of cool old motorcycles in the lobby!

My only complaint, and it's minor - the 4th floor balcony was not open early in the morning. It would have been nice to sit up there with our morning coffee.

Friendly staff. Close to the train station with regular trains to Barcelona, around a 45 min trip and a few minutes walk to the beach. Clean comfortable room with a small balcony. Microwave, coffee machine and soft chair. Good breakfast. Sitges is a lovely place to wander around with great food and drink options.

Only 2 coffees for our 4 night stay but fine we just bought some. The shower temperature was a little difficult to regulate and thin walls so dependant on how noisy your neighbours are. None of this spoiled our nice stay here though.

Room - daily cleaning service Breakfast - good Personnel - friendly, they offered us a beach towel that we returned at the end of our stay, they offered information on how to get in a specific place in Barcelona, they told us where we could eat good meals at affordable prices

The room had everything I needed. Spent a lot of time outside so it did the job really well. Good shower, good WIFI, comfy bed, plenty of storage and complimentary coffee, water and juice. Location was perfect and close to absolutely everything. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice for everyone. The lady that works there is a plus. We had a chat every day and she's cool and funny.

Nothing I can think of. Perhaps a little bit of noise in the mornings as the room was facing other buildings at the back but nothing major or that would anyone off booking it.

The location is excellent,near beach , bars ,restaurants and railway station. I liked breakfast was included and the terrace in the restaurant. I also liked and used the rooftop terrace. I also liked there was a coffee machine and microwave in the room. Staff were excellent.

My room was ok for me ( courtyard facing room). But not to everyone's choice. The bath/ shower was a bit small. Ideally the rooms would be updated but then that could affect cost.

For me, the location is perfect - close to the beach and shops, restaurantes and fast food places. a few minutes from the train station and bus stops. The owners and staff are the most welcoming, helpful pleasant people. 24 hour reception also makes things a lot easier for a late check in of early check out. I left me room key at the reception each time I popped out so I didn't have to worry about losing it. My return flight was fairly late but the hotel looked after my things and also provide a shower room and towels so there was still plenty of time to look around and spend time on the beach before leaving. I would highly recommend this place - I have stayed in the past hence my return and will stay again.

I would have preferred a larger selection on the breakfast but it was great as a continental start to the day goes. I'm sure in the past there had been some hot food like bacon or eggs on a hotplate, but there's still enough to enjoy.

This was my second stay at this hotel. It had a good central location, about 5 or 6 minutes walk from the train station, I liked the friendliness of the staff, the hotel’s cleanliness and the included breakfast. My room was 208, which is next to the lift so very easy to access from reception.

There’s nothing I can think of that I didn’t like. Possibly the bathroom was on the small side but that’s all.

Staff were particularly friendly and helpful. Great location. Good breakfast. 24 hour manned reception monitoring who was coming in. If we returned to Sitges we would stay there again.

Dripping cysten was a bit noisy at night. However as we kept forgetting to report it, we cannot complain about it. The bath was too small to have a bath and no shower curtain to use easily as a shower. Probably the norm in Sitges though. I'm sure if we paid for more than a 2 star we would get a bigger bath.
