Budget friendly place that meets your basic needs. Spacious bathroom. The room was cleaned daily and all the staff was super helpful and friendly. Breakfast had limited options but the croissants were delicious. Close to the beach and to the city centre with many restaurants and shops, pretty much everything is walking distance.

Some cutlery and tableware looked like it wasn't cleaned properly. Small room, but nothing unexpected according to the pictures. If you're a light sleeper bring earplugs, the outside noises are heard pretty clearly.

It's in a great location and easy to find from the train station, and within easy access for the airport bus stop. It's also very near to the main attractions - beach, town, bars, restaurants, supermarket, etc. The room was basic but nice, and the breakfast was good too. The hotel staff were really lovely and helpful too. The whole hotel had oil paintings throughout by a family friend of the hotel, which was a really lovely, tasteful touch. I recommend!

I really liked staying at the Montserrat, but it could be a little noisy at times from within the hotel, but also outside on the streets, but I suspect this is the case from most hotels in most seaside resorts during busy times! Nevertheless, I really liked the hotel, and would definitely stay there again sometime. Thank you!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I used beach towels and umbrellas every day, and the tortilla at breakfast was amazing. The towels in the room were changed and the room was cleaned every day. It's not a luxury hotel, but it's safe, clean, and they try to make you comfortable. If you're out all day and partying at night, you won't even notice some of the shortcomings. It's a great hotel for LGBT individuals.

A full-length mirror that we can use in the rooms or as we leave the hotel is necessary. It would also be nice to have an area to hang swimsuits and towels for rooms without a balcony on the terrace.

I’ve stayed here a number of times so had clear expectations and knowledge of what to expect. The hotel is simple, clean and efficiently run with a very friendly and attentive team. The location is central, but generally quiet, with easy access to local restaurants, bars and the beach

My only slight criticism would be the water pressure in the shower. Plenty of water but rather weak pressure for washing off the sand and sun cream!!

What a wonderful little hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a very spacious bathroom (it looks like they actually converted two rooms into one room with a bathroom) and a little balcony with chairs and a table (and little clotheslines to hang our swimsuits on), and air conditioning, and an espresso maker. The breakfast was varied, and the breakfast room had balcony space too. The hotel was a short walk to the beach and a short walk to downtown/the train station, on a less busy street, so it never got too loud for sleeping. There was even a larger balcony area on the 4th floor to sit out and catch breezes. It also had a fascinating history display with a bunch of cool old motorcycles in the lobby!

My only complaint, and it's minor - the 4th floor balcony was not open early in the morning. It would have been nice to sit up there with our morning coffee.

Friendly staff. Close to the train station with regular trains to Barcelona, around a 45 min trip and a few minutes walk to the beach. Clean comfortable room with a small balcony. Microwave, coffee machine and soft chair. Good breakfast. Sitges is a lovely place to wander around with great food and drink options.

Only 2 coffees for our 4 night stay but fine we just bought some. The shower temperature was a little difficult to regulate and thin walls so dependant on how noisy your neighbours are. None of this spoiled our nice stay here though.

Great central location and yet hotel is in a relatively quiet side street. Good breakfast which included gluten free options, kindly sourced as I mentioned at the time of booking. Flight back was not till late afternoon, so staff allowed me to leave my luggage in safe storage and facilitated the use of a shower area to get changed post-beach, which was much appreciated and a lovely gesture

Room - daily cleaning service Breakfast - good Personnel - friendly, they offered us a beach towel that we returned at the end of our stay, they offered information on how to get in a specific place in Barcelona, they told us where we could eat good meals at affordable prices

Breakfast - would have loved a bit of diversity from day to day Room - the bathroom door creaked and would not close unless I used the latch

The hotel is great value for money. Situated in the centre of Sitges yet quiet at night so you can get a good sleep. Breakfast was fantastic, plenty of choice and food was fresh. The best thing about the hotel was the friendly staff that went above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Will definitely be back and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location is perfect. Pretty much everything you need is 5 minutes walk or even less. Very kind reception desk. Air conditioner is a big plus, didn't use it too much though. Room is a bit small but everything done in a nice way. Also thanks to a smiling lady from the kitchen who prepared a breakfast every morning.
