Clean new, comfortable hotel. Enormous car park. Friendly front desk staff. Asked for early check in and a room on the top floor - got both which is very good. Good but small exercise room.

The hotel is little far from the activities of tremblant. The hotel suffers from the lack of decent restaurant. The breakfast is expensive and consists of microwaved items. They really should lay out a simple buffet as they do in even simple hotels. Try to get a room on the top floor at Esther end of the hotel as the rooms can be noisey. I.e. kids running about in the room above - hearing the next door shower. Other than these items a good hotel which is improving in service.

The property has a lovely lounge area where you can enjoy a drink and some food, play board games or just chill in a swing chair. Hot tub and sauna was a great bonus after skiing

The girl on staff in the lounge area was on the phone with her friend for hours. Everyone could hear her conversation while we were trying to relax and enjoy our drinks. She seemed annoyed when we wanted to order stuff as we were interrupting her conversations. I wish staff would check in on young kids being in the hot tub after the kids hours were done as they often do jumping and splashing while adults want to enjoy their remaining quiet time

It’s my second time I stayed at AX, like the beds, rooms are nice, sauna is important for me and theirs one is a good one, unfortunately no one cares about the access allowed for 16 y.o. and older, there is a not on a sauna entrance door. Although it’s located little far from slopes but it’s 300meters away from metro and Main Street with restaurants,

There is a note on a sauna entrance door that kids below 16 y.o. aren’t allowed and bo one cares cause no one watching, and pretty often kids are coming in and out constantly without understanding what’s this about, by doing that the heat coming out cause the door is open a lot,I don’t blame kids but adults shout be informed about that on a front desk and maybe sign some agreement, my opinion The TV in a room would be good to have smart with an access to Netflix and YouTube,

Loved the hotel, great for a getaway. The hotel was very clean and modern. I really liked the main lobby area because it was a nice place to hang out, games for the kids, and spacious to accommodate many people. The pool and sauna were definitely a plus! The gym was small but accommodating. We did not try the food, but from the looks of it, they didn't seem well equipped to cook meals, only snacks and drinks.

Funny smell at first when we entered the room, but we got used to it. Pool was supposed to be "adults only" after 9 pm however there were kids in the pool after 10 pm being loud. No one was there to supervise them or to advise them that it was adult time.

The hotel was really clean and the room felt spacious for our family of 4 (children 0.5 and 3.5 years old). Nice view overlooking the church and Christmas tree of St Jovite. The lobby was clean, comfortable, equipped with high chairs . Coffee and pastry were delicious.

Although it is close to the restaurants and shops of the village (10 mins walk), it is quite a climb uphill to return to the hotel. Despite the proximity, with young children we always took the car.

I requested early checkin at booking and a room on the top floor. Both requests were granted which was very good. Staff friendly. Clean hotel. Everything worked. Enormous car park.

The breakfast consisting mainly of microwaved items could definitely be improved. A car is needed at this location as it is a bit of a drive to the activities. The rooms can be noisy as the hotel does not seem to have the best sound proofing.

I would like to express my gratitude to the AX hotel staff for their exceptional service. Despite misplacing my sunglasses, they diligently searched for them and promptly delivered them to my residence upon retrieval. This act of honesty and loyalty is truly commendable and reflects the high standards of professionalism maintained by your establishment. I am genuinely appreciative of their efforts, and I extend my sincere thanks to the entire AX hotel staff for their outstanding service.

Liked big hot tub and very warm sauna, the room was clean and comfortable, house keeping was great, every day we came back from skiing we found our room been organized (beds and washroom), towels were clean and extra white, stuff was friendly, great lobby, with optional breakfast and good coffee and decent prices as for tremblant

Parking lot is free however the spots they’re very tiny, like everybody drive fiat 500, so if you have a midsize suv it’s better do not park beside wide cars, very tiny. The price is a bit overpriced, it’s compensated by free parking though and walk distance to many bars and restaurants on a main Street

Breakfast was super good, for its price there is variety and quantity. The hot pool is superb, having a shower in the cold water and then getting into the pool is a very good experience. The sauna was super as well, it made you relax. The views are unforgettable, we had a mountain view which really shined at sunset. the room was Tidy and the bed was comfortable.

Even though breakfast was awesome, there were limited options for lunch or dinner. The menu had a little bit of variety but not many restorative options. Also, laundry carts are present pretty much all the time in the corridors, so if you are coming with lots of luggage you will stumble against laundry carts in the aisle.

Good location, very close to mont tremblant, a quick 10 min drive. The hotel was very well maintained, everything was in order, cold lemon water in the loby, the room was large and very clean, no complaints at all. The shower was great, good water pressure and clean, nice toiletries, good amount of towels.

I wish that there was a package offered where the breakfast was included (even if the room was 20$ more and a standard egg plate was offered, for example)
