staff was very efficient and friendly. Facilities were also very nice. Other guests were very friendly and seemed to enjoy staying there also. we really enjoyed meeting a lovely couple (Louie and Grace) and liked talking with them and sharing a few laughs with them. Could have spent more time with them for sure. The hot tub and also kayaks canoe and paddle boardswas also very nice.

we are smokers and they had a table to accomadate smokers but was situated in area of full sun. It was very hot during our stay and it would of been nice to have an umbrella covering the table.

We stayed in the winter for a ski trip, such a great spot right on a lake! Less than 10 minites to tremblant without the craziness. Rooms had what we needed for the most part . We loved that there was a ton or room to hang gear at the end of a long day on the hill. Great restaurant right on site too! We didn't use any of the outdoor items they offered but they looked great too! Covered steps ensured we didn't slip on any snow and ice. Maintenence was quick to salt and ensure entryways and halls where cleaned often to stop salt from being tracked around. The host during check in was very friendly and offered loads of great suggestions for things to do during our stay.

The unit was a little run down and bathroom outdated, but we could tell they did make improvements where the budget allowed. I'd imagine the bathrooms will be renovated at a later date as it looks like the bulk of a renovation budget was spent outside on the wonderful new steps and walkway. We did wish there was a small table, or even a folding one to eat a small meal at.

Great location, not far from the resort (if that is where you are headed). It was a very nice, quiet area. We loved the heated domes outside next to the firepit - great location to have some food. Keep in mind that this hotel is a mini hotel next to a larger one. The reception for it is on the ground floor of the big hotel (so while checking in and out you'd need to go to the other building). Similarly, the domes and the jacuzzi are in the big building as well. That is not a problem, but was a bit confusing at first.

When we moved in, the temperature in our room was set to 10C, and it was very cold for a while. We changed the temperature to 20C, but it took quite some time to get there.

Would definitely go back, amazing staff and great view of the lake, nice outdoor hot tub and cute Dome (tent style). To me the view was everything I was hoping for!!! For the price, it was pretty great. Though keep in mind it does not have elevator, my room was on the seconds floor so it was manageable for me to use the stairs. I often stay in really clean somewhat fancy hotels, so I'd say this is a cozy one, comfortable and clean "enough" for night stays and day out skiing.I stayed there for three nights, on the third night I saw quite a few flies in all the hallways and my room too, which made it very inconvenient for me, I let the staff know of my way to checkout so hopefully it's all taken care of. Regardless, if you are like me who is looking for a short night stay in and you're out the whole day, I'd recommend this hotel.

Fantastic location and views. It feels remote and peaceful, but it's also very close to the mountain! Staff were fantastic, and so helpful with all requests. It's incredible how the water equipment is all included, and it feels like you have your own private lake, BBQ and hot tub! Rooms were very comfortable and it is definitely value for money!

It stated that there were tea/coffee making facilities in the room - we did not have these. Made very little difference but would have been a nice touch!

The property allowed us access to a small private beach and lake where we were provided the chance to canoe, pedalboat, paddleboard, etc. The beach had a fire pitt we warmed up by and watched the sky as well as a large dock to sunbathe and jump off of. We enjoyed the jaccuzzi after a cold plunge in the lake. The room was small but that s all that was really needed. The fridge was a very nice touch and whatever soaps and haircare were provided smelled divine!

The only thing that I thought was lacking, was a small single cup serving coffee machine in the room ( with creamer in the fridge and some sugar) that would have been so appreciated, since the kitchen is not opened all day and most restaurants and shops close early. But that s just because I need my coffee anytime lol

Lovely beach and lake with access to free boats and kids' sand toys, bbq and jacuzzi. Close to ski hill. Kids' park, restaurants and grocery store nearby. Exceptional staff, especially Chantal and Jack. The manager was also very attentive and friendly. He was very welcoming. Kids really appreciated the freezies on the beach. Overall, had an awesome stay!

AC was a bit loud, but to me it felt like a sound machine which I normally use anyway, so not an issue. Would have been better to have thicker curtains as the kids woke up very early with the sun coming in.

The auberge is a building next to the main fancy hotel. It was a lovely room but just a little old and basic, but clean. There was a fridge in the room, good shower, comfy bed, enough room, lots of free parking and free wifi. We hadn't realised we had access to all of the hotels facilities so we could use the kayaks/paddleboards, hot tub and BBQ & fire pit for free too. They have a nice little beach and pontoon for getting into the lake. All the staff (reception, cleaners and beach equipment guy) were all really helpful and nice.

the location was perfect, between the village and the resort, close to a bus stop. the reception staff was very kind and informative. my favorite thing about this place was the lake you could access, kayaks and canoes and a small fireplace. I also really appreciated how warm the inside of the building and room is.

I would’ve liked a nice breakfast or snacks counter. our room didn’t have a coffee machine, microwave or tv, so I guess that could be a disadvantage.

The Auberge is around 10 minutes from the centre villegiature and from sainte Jovite where are all the grocery stores and cute restaurants which made it easier for me wherever i needed to go. I loved that i could enjoy the lake and all the many activities included in my stay( paddleboard, kayak, pedalo jacuzzi...) Everyone at the Auberge was very nice and helpful always available. I totally recommend 👌🏽
