Location was amazing with a great view. It was close to everything in the village. Quite save and we had no issues parking and keeping our belongings. Great facilities and well equipped kitchen.

The hotel needs a facelift, especially Tours 2. Room service was not at its best.

I extremely love the location inside the village, literally our outside view was the tower clock. It's very convenient plus they do have their own parking though it's a bit pricey.

The only thing we didn't like were the broken blinds we can't put it down and the tub was full of debris when turned on. But other than that it was a good place to stay.

Great location, super convenient to get around the village and to the mountain. Hotel and rooms were nicely furnished and clean. Ski lockers were very convenient. Staff was friendly

Not much to dislike - the hot tub in voyageurs2 was out of order but the one in voyageurs 1 was close and available

our room was close to the stairwell (head of bed shared the wall) and the elevator was broken. it was very loud. people going up and down the stairs with ski boots on. slamming of the stairwell door

Very well priced. Pleasant stay. The room is very clean and the staff is friendly. The hotel was under construction but it did not affect our room or stay on a Friday evening. Upon request, the hotel staff was able to accommodate us with a nice view.

The initial reservation was made based on the fireplace available in the room. An additional fee was added at the hotel so that we could obtain a room with a fireplace. To eliminate any confusion or disappointments on the part of the client, I would recommend that the hotel be vigilant in the details so that when the room is being reserved, it reflects what is shown or being presented on their websites and the client is clear on what is expected. I would also encourage the hotel to include on their website a notice regarding the construction in and around the hotel area. The details are an important part of the customer's choice, plans, and journey.

The location and the view is perfect!

I didn’t like that you aren’t allowed to smoke on a private balcony, also the pillows are super uncomfortable and the blankets the blankets were super static, it was hard to sleep through the whole night.

the room is nice and clean. the pillow is not comfortable for me. right at the front of the cable, perfect location. staffs was nice but one of the staff didn’t clearly know the facilities of the building. we were told that there’s a vending machine at 3rd floor of building II but actually there’s no one😅

- Location was top notch, right in front of the town gondola. - Room was comfy and spacious, with great view - Pool, hot tub great pluses!

- Lobby was located on the other building, so we had to travel back and forth often. - Elevator wasn't reliable - Sauna was small and just tepid...

The staff was very accommodating. There was a problem with the elevator and so they gave us all upgraded rooms. We ended up being able to use the hotel suite for a dinner gathering of 11 people. It was great.

the building we were in had only one small jacuzzi and the weight room def. needs some help and new equipment.
