The staff was very helpful and kind.

During recent stay, a group of cyclists from ASC coaching decided the breakfast room was the perfect place to change clothes, air out their gear, and put their shoes on the table — as if it were their personal locker room. I learned they rented the room from 1pm, with that said, at the time I was there (12:15pm) the room was still common area. It was unhygienic and inconsiderate to other guests trying to work enjoy a peaceful breakfast. I understand active guests may have special needs, but common sense and basic etiquette should still apply in shared spaces. Might be worth a reminder next time for ASC Coaching: shoes belong on the floor, not where people eat.

The location was perfect, close to restaurants, shops and the lift. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. They offer free lockers to store your snowboards/skis. The staff were always kind and super helpful. They have some reliable local taxi drivers if you ever need a lift somewhere. Breakfast was included. There is onsite parking in a garage underneath, but you have to pay an additional fee.

The hot tub is sooooo small. There is literally only enough space to fit 2 adults. I hope they upgrade to a larger hot tub, because to have such a small one for a hotel of this size and capacity is very disappointing. The breakfast was meh. Typical continental breakfast with a pancake "crepe" machine being the highlight. The parking garage spaces are soooo tight, especially if you have a larger car. Some spaces can be challenging to squeeze into because of the columns and that is if the parking garage isn't already full.

Hotel is in a great location in the village, only about 100 yards to the super cool "Cabriolet" lift that takes you to the base area. Room was larger than expected and very comfortable bed. Bathroom fairly small, but I'd rather have the space in the room. Great buffet breakfast always refreshed. Hot tub was fantastic as well. Friendly staff.

Watch out, as the garage cannot accommodate roof boxes, or taller vehicles. Our Mercedes GLK 350 is 70" with roof bars and we just fit, but had to take off the Thule box. I believe the max was about 73".

Super convenient location, easy to access pool, gym. Breakfast options great.

Breakfast room not big enough for the number of people being served. We had to bring food back to our room to eat and therefore quite complicated to go back for seconds or if we forgot something. Unfortunately we were woken up each night by people in a nearby room partying. Not enough parking on site- long walk from the hotel with a lot of luggage.

Our stay was amazing! The staff were so helpful and accommodating & went out of their way to assist us! They communicated in English once they knew we were from Australia & knew we did not speak French! MJ was the receptionist when we arrived and she allowed us an early check in, upgraded our room to one with a view and we believe we must have got the best room in the hotel! It was huge, comfortable bed, big kitchen, lovely lounge, a deck to view the village and a pristine bathroom! The staff were so attentive & friendly and offered suggestions for restaurants etc in Mont Tremblant. We had secure underground car parking for our hire car which we didn’t need to use at all for our time in the village. There was also a washing machine & drier available for guests. We would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Nothing really! We did have trouble with the Wifi initially as it would not connect or would drop out but they tried to find a way to reconnect for us. The pool & spa were not open but of course it was just early June & perhaps not really summer!

It was right in the centre of town and the room was large and met all our expectations. The pool and hot tub were great and just what we needed at the end of the day.

Breakfast was extremely busy and a free for all which we didn't like. It was anything but relaxing. Also, on the day we were leaving, the lifts weren't working and we had to get all our luggage down 3 flights of stairs which wasn't ideal.

Complimentary breakfast sets this hotel apart from others nearby. In addition, this trip took a turn for the worse when I ruptured a knee ligament. The front staff kept mine and my partners snowboard in the lobby until we returned from the clinic and provided me with a better plastic bag for ice. These are small gestures but make a world of difference when you are already feeling down.

Being in the village - made the skiing manageable as weather was so so cold. Nice to have the option to go back and warm up before heading out again. Gave us late checkout too which enabled us to get a good morning of skiing in before leaving the resort.

Only criticism is the sofa bed was way too uncomfortable. Could feel every spring in the mattress.

location was central and easy access

I was charged a deposit that was not on my folio. I only learned of this charge when I got home and checked my credit card provider. It took several calls to connect with someone who could tell me why the charge to my credit card was not what I was given on my folio. I'm told it will be returned in a few days but why is it there at all? 1) I paid the bill in full upon my departure and 2) there should NEVER be a charge without my knowledge.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel which is situated near the heart of the beautiful Mont Tremblant village. The superb Cabriolet rides are less than a five minutes walk away. There is a serene lake behind the hotel which is an idyllic place for a stroll. Very clean facilities. The rooms were stocked with all essential amenities from fluffy towels to toiletries to coffee machine to microwave oven etc. Kind and professional staff. Convenient underground parking garage which is connected to the hotel by elevators. The swimming pool and whirlpool are fantastic and heated! The breakfast offering is decent and satisfactory complete with the typical fare of eggs, sausages, breads, juices, coffee/tea. But a unique offering were the two pancake machines- a must try! Overall, I absolutely loved this hotel and wholeheartedly recommend all visitors to experience this wonderful hotel.
