The room was spotless, comfortable and clean. The car park was good and secure (a little bit tight though for a big car). Staff were excellent and allowed early check in.

Sadly during our stay lots of work was being carried out and some facilities like the pool were closed which was not disclosed at check in or ahead of arrival and no compensation or partial refund was offered. Other than that, an excellent stay in a beautiful location.

I was expecting just a bar fridge & microwave, but the room was equipped with a FULL size fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, toaster & kettle. The queen size bed was comfy and the pull out couch was as expected - not as comfy as the bed, but it could have been a lot worse. There wasn't a balcony for room 240, but the French doors open facing poolside for fresh air. The pool itself was a nice respite from the intense summer heat, but due to its size it fills up quick!

Not a deal breaker as I parked for free in the P1 lot, but my compact SUV with a cargo box on top was not able to squeeze under the 6'7" clearance to the underground parking.

The location was great. The room was spacious. Easy access to cabriolet and the village. I like the underground parking although it's quite pricy - $22 per day.

The bed was too soft and lack of enough support. The navigation in the parking lot was a bit confusing at the beginning. One of the elevator was broken during the last a couple of days during our stay. So I used the stairs on my checkout day hoping to skip the elevator waiting line. When I tried to go from the main parking to the RC level, I ended up in a few wrong places and had to run up and downs multiple times to eventually arrived at the front desk.

Location is right at base of cabriolet. Hot tub is large and social. Was on the patio floor. So walk out to the pool area. Also on same level of parking so your car is right there depending on where you park. Drove in to parking then turn left and you drive up one level and park anywhere along that level. This is also the patio level.

Wasn’t told at check in about ski lockers.

Great location right at the base of the cabriolet. Having the kitchenette made it easy for quick breakfast and lunch.

The hot tub wasn’t hot and the jets didn’t work. Also you have to sign in to use the hot tub because they monitor number of people in at once. Never had an issue waiting for the hot tub but it was odd.

Pool, location, decent room.

Housekeeping. Never cleaned the room in 3 days even after asking. No toilet paper on day 1. No shampoo provided, just several conditioner and lotion bottles. If this is how housekeeping is going be at this hotel we will stay elsewhere next time.

Excellent location. Right next to the free gondola which takes you to the upper village where you have all the activities and restaurants.

There are two buildings set apart by the Gondola and the street next to it. Google maps leaves you at the Gondola spot and it took some time to find the building which had the reception. Some signs would help.

The location of this hotel is everything; it is right next to the cabriolet at the foot of the pedestrian village. The room has a nice patio that exited out to the pedestrian village

The bathrooms may need a bit of updating but everything worked well

Conveniently Located in the village, quiet, had a pool with change room, access to beach.

A rare room without a balcony at same price as a room with a balcony and no compensation, no breakfast. When lifeguard had a 30 minute break, everyone had to leave the pool.

The location could not be better: it's right in the village, close to shops, restaurants, and telesiege. The staff were kind and welcoming. The room was clean.

There are no specific facilities. Parking was available in early October but is small and probably challenging in high season.
