Great location. Very close to the majority of the summer activities (or main ski lifts in winter), and the courtesy lift was right next door if you need a quick trip to the bottom of the pedestrian village. Just enough away from the maun pedestrian traffic so we had a quiet evening to sit outside of our room. Room was a studio with a fully equipped kitchen and dishwasher. Didn't know that till we got there, but had had we known sooner , we might have brought our own foods for breakfasts /snacks (but there is a small grocery/convenience store in the pedestrian village so we got a few things there). Staff were great and allowed us to leave our car in the parking garage for a couple hours after checkout to do some last minute exploring.

Maybe only issue ilwe had was that that the ac units can be loud when they kick in for the light sleepers. But we adusted by cracking the window open at night and just putting the unit on fan mode. Problem solved.

The location was awesome. The staff was welcoming and kind, very attentive to needs. They took pride in the place it is well maintained and very clean! The grounds are lovely - the cold pool warm pool, large heated pool and sauna, so nice! Lots of spots to sit outside and enjoy a coffee or the view. Seconds from the lift that goes over the village - free ride and easy to walk around and visit restaurants and shops.

The sauna area attached to the gym was locked and only opened at 10. I get that the pool is closed until 10 due to lifeguards being needed. But the sauna would be a nice touch to be able to use in the early morning after or before a workout. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Specious, cozy and very clean room; Ideal for the family vacation.

We got a one bedroom and it had a ton of space, nice view of the village. Quick walk to the shops and restaurants in the village.

Ski in and out is a little stretch. The locker room in the basement has no benches for you to boot up (even though they don’t want boots in the hotel). When you exit out the back you either need to walk up a hill to get to the lift or ski all the way down and get on the people mover at the bottom of the village, not terrible but… half the time we were there they were making snow for that “trail” so it was either blocked off or icy. One day it was unskiable, you could hardly even just walk from the village To the hotel bc of the snow whales blocking the routes.

The property was very comfortable and convenient! The staff was wonderful and checked me in quickly and conveniently. Very happy there was heated underground parking. My room was spotless and well equipped. Would stay here again!

It was advertised as ski in/ski out. Which I would hesitate to call it. While VERY close to the main gondola it is up a steep hill, I carried my skis to the gondola. You could technically ski down the path to the entrance you have to ski over the main walking path in the village which is quite gravely. Not a big deal at the end of the day! Bring your own padlock for the ski lockers!

This hotel is located very near to the top of the village of Mont Tremblant, so the location was very convenient to so many of the amenities. We booked a two room suite and the beds were very comfortable and there was enough room for four adults and two children to all be in the room together.

On the first day of arrival we were told that the pool was colder than usual and one of the hot tubs wasn't working. We used the pool and tub the next two days with no issues: great! But on the last day of our stay the lifeguard did not show up to work so the pool was closed. This was extremely disappointing to my children and there was no explanation given other than the lifeguard (for a pool where the deep end was four feet) didn't show.

Super convenient ski-in/ski-out location. Super friendly staff— highly recommended 🫶

It is slightly awkward to access the ski locker on you last day: if you check out in the morning then stow your luggage in the ski locker at the end of the day you need a keycard to access the lower entrance (where the lockers are) but you aren’t supposed to have ski gear in the lobby (one level up) that you can access w/o a keycard… honestly, not the worst thing in the world & certainly there are ways to work around this.

Comfy beds. Room was fully equipped with apartment sized fridge/freezer, utensils, cookware and Keurig coffee machine. Balcony was clean and view of gondola/Village was nice.

Access to pool was not convenient for handicapped individuals. Unless there was another access we weren't aware of. The pool was being cleaned when we got there but it had lots of leaves/debris inside. Didn't look so inviting at first glance.

The guests next door were extremely noisy every night from around 8 PM to midnight and at 2 AM. I wonder why the hotel doesn’t enforce its quiet policy upon check-in. It has been an awful experience this time, with a group of girls next door shouting, chatting, and laughing in the middle of the night.

Access to sona, hot tub and pool was amazing. Location was perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great value for price. Would stay again. Highly recommend.

The double bed was just ok. I've seen better. Was sharing with my mom so a queen bed would have been nicer. Though I admit I am nitpicking, because our stay was absolutely lovely.
