From the moment we arrived, our experience at this hotel was nothing short of outstanding. The location is truly unbeatable – right in the center, making it the perfect base for exploring all the nearby attractions. Everything from popular restaurants to key landmarks was within easy reach, which made our trip incredibly convenient. The amenities exceeded our expectations. The swimming pool and hot tub were clean, relaxing, and perfect after a day of sightseeing. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything a family could need, which made our stay feel like a home away from home. What really set this place apart, though, was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was warm, attentive, and eager to help. It was also a huge plus that the team spoke both English and French, making communication effortless. This is one of those rare places that delivers on every front — location, comfort, facilities, and hospitality. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

There is nothing in particular

I have never given any hotel a 10/10 review. But this one exceeded all my expectations. Yes the location is far. But the scenery is breathtaking. Rooms are like a condominium. Kitchen and living room on top with a bedroom and attached bathroom at the bottom. Very clean and very cozy. Kitchen had everything u can think off. Even a dish washer! Beds so big and so comfy. They even had a washer/dryer and they supply the detergent too. Amazing. When u walk out of the hotel everything is right on the door step. 3 sets of cable cars going to different locations. Lots of activities for kids too. The whole setting was like a page from a story book. Bright coloured buildings and amazing setting. Loved every bit of it. This made my holiday to Toronto so worth it. Can’t fault anything

Absolutely beautiful room. Well equipped (full kitchen, 3 showers for 7 people), stellar location (the panoramic gondola is around the corner and the pedestrian village is too!), staff was super kind and helpful, and there were great activities in the hotel (pool, spa, billiards). Lobby was beautiful too. And it was surprisingly affordable considering everything you're getting! If I could, I'd give it 11/10! Would definitely stay again

Given the proximity to the village and activities, it can be noisy / populated with people (the sound of shows carried over). I don't mind that much, but some people do!

Wonderful stay at this family friendly hotel. The location is amazing with easy access to the slopes. Just get your skis out of the ski locker and walk 100 yards to the lifts. There is a decent hot tub and a gym that has weights and nautilus but needs a treadmill. There is easy access to the cute village with good restaurants and shops. The staff was very helpful. We would absolutely come here again.

Booked a two-bedroom which provided ample space for the 4 of us. Generous sized living room, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to live comfortably during our stay. The rooms are nicer in person. Situated at the top of the pedestrian village it’s a 2 min walk from everything. Very happy with our choice

The lack of shaded options at the pool.

We were 2 adults and a toddler, and we stayed here for 6 nights. Check in: Smooth and easy. We didn't spend more than 5 minutes. Parking: At 20$ a day, it seemed pricey, but since we didn't drive, we utilized the facility to its fullest. Lobby: A library and village entrance make up the lobby, as well as a barbecue area. Misc: There is a play area for toddlers, a gym, pool, and hot tub accessible on level P. The hot tub had 2 divisions, one receiving water in the form of a waterfall, and the temperature was perfect. We didn't use the pool since it was a bit cold and it was a rainy day. Room: We booked a 1 bedroom suite. The renovations seemed recent throughout. The kitchen was stocked with some basic kitchenware and came with dishwasher pods. The washroom was extremely clean and had all toiletries available. There are 2 doors, one of which doesn't have a lock. There is also an ensuite laundry, enough for light loads and 2 detergent pouches were given. The living area had a comfortable sofa that transformed into a bed (strap is behind the middle upright cushion), and a door to peek into the village, as well as a balcony to take in the entire view. The TV didn't have Youtube or Netflix (not a smart TV), and had some basic channels. The bedroom had a comfortable king bed, decent closet and drawer space, TV inside the cabinet, and heating controls on the wall.

There is a hint of disinterest from the staff when they realize you don't speak English (you know, with the village being a tourist attraction and all), or (and this is just my impression) don't look a certain way that they expect, but once they saw we spoke well, and we knew what we were expecting, we received a much better tone and service. While that's highly incidental, this place had everything, and we would definitely stay here again. If you're not driving around, staying inside the village is the way to go.

Location of Sommet des Neiges is ideal . Ski lockers on the lower level walk out at the base of the Gondola. Outdoor hot tubs were large but could have been hotter. Room's are newly decorated and clean. The primary bedroom's shower should be bigger, but otherwise very nicely appointed.

The shower in the primary bedroom's bathroom was quite small. Would have been better to make a large walk-in shower and skip the large tub.

I loved everything about the room and the cleanliness and kind and warm staff. And the Bus for the casino was right in front of our hotel so that was cool.

The hand soap was a little sticky I didn't like the texture it had on my hands

Convenient ski in/out, ski storage, ski valet, well maintained slopes. Little town was very nice and good restaurants were easily found in town and just outside.

More gondolas needed or covered lifts

The suite was laid out very nicely and it was pleasant to go back to it after an outing. It was very well appointed with kitchen, washer dryer, closet space a fireplace. A home away from home.
