We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is lovely—right by the lake and conveniently next to the road, with a bus stop right out front. Despite that, the area is very calm and peaceful, away from all the noise. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the village, with easy access to restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores. The bus to Mont Tremblant Resort takes around 10 minutes, although it only runs every 45 minutes, so there can be some waiting. Still, it worked well for us. The room was spotlessly clean, bright, and well-equipped with a kitchenette. We especially loved the deck with a BBQ and picnic table—it was perfect for relaxing. What really made our stay special was the wonderful lady at reception. She was incredibly kind and helpful, speaking both English and French fluently. She took the time to show us around and even gave us free passes to the nearby beach. Highly recommend this place—we felt very welcome and comfortable throughout our stay.

The food at the restaurants were great, casino was cool

Not the hotels fault at all but lack of night transportation and buses frequently did not come on time or at all. Cabs were extremely unreliable, they don’t give you a pickup time and take 30+ minutes. One night we waited over three hours in Mont Tremblant, there were 20+ people waiting outside and the Westin hotel had locked its doors refusing people to come in and wait there in the rain and icy conditions. We had called all the cab companies in town. Definitely recommend driving and parking if you’re going into Mont Tremblant.

The hotel's beach is conveniently located, with friendly staff and an enjoyable ambiance. It is situated close to other lakes and the Mont-Tremblant village. A bus service is available for guests traveling to and from the village, which is particularly convenient as parking there is limited due to ongoing events.

There are concerns about the lack of properly designated loading space, which has been noted by local neighbors. Clients, while on a peaceful retreat, would prefer not to have to deal with discontent neighbors. It might be beneficial for the establishment to consider clarifying these matters so that clients can enjoy their time peacefully. Despite these issues, I had an enjoyable experience at Lac Moore.

Everything was really clean! The bed was super comfortable. It was in a great location, 7 minutes from the village and 10 minutes from the casino. The access to the water was great and a phenomenal place to watch the stars. There's accommodations for every need: hostel type of rooms with communal kitchen, bar and outdoor fireplace and terrace, hotel- type rooms, suites with kitchen and full in condos with multiple bedrooms.

The only thing that wasn't perfect was that the sound proofing was lacking a little bit.

I like that it had the vibe and friendliness of a hostel with access to a common kitchen, a bar, an outdoor common patio and yet it had all the comforts and cleanliness of a hotel, very charming. Lots of parking available, the access to canoes and kayaks on the property. Air conditioning worked like a charm. It was minutes away from the village for great restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and a comodating. I would stay here again.

There is nothing I did not like!

The room was sufficient in size for us. Perhaps if our stay would be longer, we would consider a suite or larger room.

Utilizing online platforms for overnight stays may result in prolonged communication between property owners and the platform company. Avoiding these platforms can help reduce lengthy phone calls and alleviate the stress often associated with last-minute changes. The process of communicating online with both the platform company and the hotel for booking was challenging.

From the moment we walked in, Natalie was a breath of fresh air with her welcoming and infectious smile. We were there to celebrate a birthday and was upgraded to a suite. The hotel is brand new, and furnishing was top-notch. Our terrace came with a grill and was less than 100 feet from the dock on Lake Moore. Amazing sights, and you could rent kayaks, canoes, and SUPs at very reasonable prices. All-in-all, everything was beautiful! Thanks, Natalie, for making our birthday celebration special. We'll definitely be back!

There was nothing to criticize during our stay

We LOVE the location. The staff was great, kind and friendly! We loved that the property/Hostel was repurposed and is now such a beautiful multipurpose property. The use of the kitchen/bar/pool tables is also a great feature for guests and proximity to the old village and ski hill is great! You can easily bike/walk around. Quick drive anywhere too. Great for a couple getaway or for a family!

The only issue we had was the AC. Our room did not have an AC controller and when we arrived it was 26 degrees in our room. We were able to open the window and the room cooled slightly. That said, we had to keep the window open all night because the rooms were sold out and there were no extra controllers. The smoke (from wild fires) was not great and we unfortunately breathed it all night. We did get a controller the following day which was great and the AC worked perfect! Slightly hiccup but I suggested they get a few extra controllers in case :)

The Deluxe king room was small but well fitted with good shelving for storage, nice lighting, very good coffee (although the shelf light didn't work, I had to use my flash light to make coffee). Everything in the room was very new and clean.

The only thing that was not good for us seniors is we're not able to roll our luggage to the door and the stairs. But that's only us.

The set up of the village is cozy and welcoming. The staff is very kind and the room is just beautiful and the space inside is amazing.

I usually like to have breakfast included but this place had a kitchenette equipped for you to make simple things to get you by.
