I was really impressed with this hotel! My room was large, beautifully appointed with lux curtains, towels, and amazing bed linens. Bathroom lighting was excellent. Bed was SO cozy!

The curtain in the shower was not quite long enough and I worried about getting water on the floor. The only thing that would have made this room "perfect" is if the shower had been glass, not "tub/curtain."

Beautiful property in a perfect location for us. Front desk staff exceptional in helping us locate a good restaurant and other local services. Beautiful room and wonderful shower!

Would recommend a chair, in addition to the desk chair. We like to play cards in the evening and were able to do that in the breakfast area but there was plenty of space to do so in our room if we had only had another chair.

We liked the layout and spacious rooms. Everything was clean. The Keurig and other conveniences in the room were appreciated. The breakfast was awesome with a wide variety of offerings. Good coffee.

There was a small area in the bathroom where the wallpaper was damaged from water. It was the only thing in the room that seemed off. But it didn’t affect anything.

The room was on the 1st floor as requested.

The breakfast selection was limited. The eggs and sausage were good but there was not a toaster, sweet rolls or fresh fruit. Lighting was poor in the room and there was only a desk chair for seating. It was not on rollers so wasn't easy to move on the carpet.

The lady working until 10PM was very sweet and personable. The front didn’t sell milk and she went out of her way to grab us a carton from the breakfast area for our toddler.

That I couldn’t adjust the air conditioning in my room - but they kept the temperature pretty comfortable .

The room and shower were great. The breakfast was the best free breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel.

There were numerous kids at the hotel due to baseball tournaments and they played loudly outside our room until 10:00 pm. If I had known all those kids would be there I would’ve canceled

It says free Wi-Fi but you can only check email with it. If you want to stream or work, you have to pay extra. This is the first hotel where the provide “free” Wi-Fi was not usable. But I usually stay at another chain.

The staff were all friendly, saying hello in the public areas. The front desk bent over backwards to find my hidden reservation. And made compensations for the delay that my hidden reservation caused. Much appreciated and we felt welcomed

It was super clean from the lobby to the rooms, and everything was up-to-date and in good repair. The staff were so friendly and capable—I was impressed by every interaction with them. I've stayed at a few hotels around the Quad Cities, but this is far and away the nicest property in town.

I understand why they have a no pets policy, but I just wish they could make an exception to welcome *my* pets. ;)

The facility seems fairly new, super clean and friendly staff. The beds were very comfortable and we had a good breakfast in the morning. It's right in the middle of a super shopping mecca and the casino is a short straight stop away.
