Rooms are not even close to soundproof!! We had a bunch of young kids across the hall, probably pre-teenage, and they were VERY noisy until quite late — like nearly midnight! I never heard any adult voices, but the kids seemed to be mostly running up and down the hall, going in and out of the rooms, and yelling to each other. I stuck my head out around 10:30 and asked them to please quiet down, but no luck! 😩

The check-in/out staff were so very pleasant. They seemed to really like their jobs. My room was impeccable. The breakfast was good.

The toilet was too low, especially for guests with jt issues, such as jt replacements. You should consider putting safety bars by the toilet to aid certain guests in standing up. It was most difficult considering I have had a knee and both hip replacements.

We traveled from California to Michigan and back staying at Hampton Inns and La Quintas all the way. Your hotel was the only one that charged us $80 for our dog all the other hotels charged no more than $25. I was very disappointed as you advertised as being pet friendly. $80 is hardly friendly.

Breakfast was good, coffee availability all day was great even cookies left out.

Toilet bowls are too low to the ground. Difficult if you are seniors, overweight or recovering from hip or knee replacements.

The pool had overwhelming chlorine vapor that caused coughs & burning sinuses. We ended our swim within an hour. Front desk aware & said it had been checked.

Awesome breakfast. The bed was really comfortable and very clean! This place is really close to a lot of restaurants/fast food places nearby, so it was really convenient.

The hotel room is a little dated; could use an update in the future.

The facility is very clean. The staff is cheerful, courteous and helpful. Very nice room, and very quiet. Location is great, three nice restaurants in the surrounding parking lots.

Little bit hard to find coming off I-74; further from and not readily seen from the exit ramp.Waay to heavy comforter on bed for 90 degree day and no light blanket easily available. The way the bed was made with the very heavy comforter would be perfect for January.

Breakfast was very good. Room was clean and comfortable but the shower was small. I was only there for an evening while traveling through the area.

Very clean and friendly, helpful staff. Ample parking and also pet friendly.

Cost is higher than many other hotels, but with free breakfast and nice facility and rooms, worth paying more.
