The location was perfect and outside appearance was pleasing. Our check-in was smooth and quick. The staff was friendly and patiently explained due to swimming pool under construction we could go to a nearby sister facility to use their pool. It was a practical and easy solution. The showers in our rooms worked very well and the water temperature stayed consistent throughout 4 person usage each day. The beds and pillows were comfortable and of good quality.

Our group didn't find any problems or have any issues with our stay.

Staff was exceptional. They were so very kind and they tried to make it very pleasant. They were understanding when we got a little bit of late start. They gave us a good rate, and treated us wonderfully. I definitely will keep this on my list of places to stay. The value is good, the rooms were clean. The pillows were a little worn down but it was a fantastic stay and the beds. It was very comfortable very calm. They did everything we could to make us as comfortable and as happy as possible.

I liked having a fridge The room was quiet, safe and secure.

The pillows could have been a little firmer. There were plenty of them for just myself, however. I didn't like that there wasn't a hot tub. The desk attendant commented about the pool water being cold.. Never saw anyone in the pool so I didn't bother swimming as I don't like to swim alone. The pool room amenities would have been a bonus. They were no selling point for me, anyway

It was a nice location and convenient and the happy hour was very nice

We didn’t anticipate there would be so many families and extended families there. You couldn’t get anywhere near the pool or the hot tub from morning till night. Kind of disappointing that there wasn’t adult only time later in the evening. At one point in time there were 14 kids in the hot tub.

location was conveniently a few minutes' drive from Interstate-80. Internet connection was very fast, up to 400 Mbps. Highly recommend them if just for internet connection alone. Breakfast was OK

Room decor was a little dated and darker than usual. Nevertheless, still comfortable enough. A bit far from food places but drivable within a few minutes.

The property is in excellent condition, very clean and well kept. All of the staff that I encountered were pleasant and very helpful without being overbearing. I will recommend this location to friends and family. The breakfast was outstanding every day. The attendant for the dining area was very thorough at cleaning continuously, while refilling things to be sure all the food was fresh and ready. They had scrambled eggs, sausage links, waffles, toast, bagels, assortment of juices, hot fresh coffee, an assortment of hot tea, breakfast cereal with milk available, and packaged danishes and muffins.

This is the only complaint we had for our entire stay and it was minor. There were only 2 towels in our room. There was no hand towel and there was no wash rag either. I didn't complain to the front desk because we had bought some at Walmart anyway. So if we hadn't resolved it ourselves, I would have asked for more.

I thought the mattress was quite comfortable. I was a little concerned with just one comforter on the bed, but it was warm enough for me, who normally needs an extra warm room. I also liked that there was an extra pillow already in the room and I didn't have to ask for one.

Breakfast was just fine. Good coffee.

The $100 deposit for services that they don't even offer. That in addition to paying fully for the room at check-in. And was told that it would take 5 to 7 days before the deposit returned to my card. Waited 20 minutes for someone to appear to check me in after ringing bell several times. This was in afternoon not middle of night. then reception desk person said my credit card rejected and asked for a different one. The original credit went through. Fortunately I was not charged on the second card.

Room was actually comfy, just not up to par in apperances. Bed comfy and clean, hotel quiet and good location.

When 8 arrived, the front desk person wanted to check my room to make sure the ac was working, he opened the door and extended his hand for me to enter my room before him........... i told him he could check it then when he was through, i would enter. Staff not too friendly.

Facilities were clean and well kept, despite the elevator being broken at the time; we were still impressed with the property.

The elevator was down BUT the owner gave us a discount for the elevator not working, we also usually take stairs so it was completely OK for us.
