The layout was nice it was quiet and clean. The front desk staff was very courteous. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and tasted homemade. I especially like the biscuits and gravy! And the kitchen staff was very kind.

Just before I went to sleep I heard a loud bang. It turned out that one of the dispensers of shampoo fell off the wall. It doesn't seem like a very safe idea to fix them to the wall using tape. If it fell in a person's foot it could break the foot. Also I noticed there wasn't a safety bar above the bathtub. Many travelers are senior citizens and they rely on those bars to get in and out of the shower.

Everything looked clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I ran down and grabbed some breakfast to take up to our room. It was good. Staff were very friendly.

I was looking forward to take a normal bath because we don't have one at home. The drain did not stay closed without holding it down. The faucet ran quite slow and the water was just luke warm not hot. Maybe this was from a lot of people using hot water in the hotel. The faucet also leaked from where it turns on and so did the faucet from the sink. I talked to the person at the front desk when checking out. They were going to check on it so maybe it will all be good.

Wow! When I drove up to the hotel it honestly looked deserted as there were barely any cars parked in the massive parking lot out front but turns out this place is massive and the bulk of the guests were parked behind the hotel. The hotel was clean and had everything I required -- and the pool was also large and the water pleasantly warm as well. Breakfast also was grade-A. 100% recommend and would stay here again.

The hotel layout was nice. Breakfast and breakfast room were one of the best! Complimentary coffee and the coffee machine in the lobby were awesome. The room was fine. Bed was comfortable. I came in late and left early.

Took a while to get checked in. There was a group of 3 in front of me needing a special request that the hotel did accommodate. Eventually, after 15 minutes and nearing 11:30pm, they all allowed me to begin checking in, which took another 10 minutes. Everything else was great!!

The suite was nice. We had a spa tub. It unfortunately didnt work (and shower drained slow) and the staff immediately helped me get a new room. Also had a nice pool area. Looked clean. Staff was excellent!

There was no ice in the machine on the 2nd floor. Had to walk circles to find both ice machines through the building. Found lower level one to work, but super slowly!

I stayed here 8/24-8/25 it was very nice. I booked another room on my way back home a few days later and it was awful. Room had water damage, bed was worn out, mold in the bathroom

ok the first time but like my above statement it was not good the second time. I most likely won't stay here again. The restaurant was also closed on the return visit which made zero sense since it was a holiday weekend with lots of people traveling,

The breakfast was awesome. The location was great. The fact that there was no carpet was a big plus. We liked the bathroom arrangement especially the two sinks. Enjoyed being able to use the table in the computer room to play card games with granddaughter.

The lighting in the main room could have been much brighter. At the North entrance the steps would have been easier to navigate if they had been wider. Wish we had been closer to the front.

Quiet, slept really well. Best breakfast of all our 14 nights of hotels. We usually look at free breakfast offerings and just walk away for a Starbucks but this time we tucked in and really enjoyed it. Great job!

Would have appreciated a convenient elevator. The hostess said it was best & less hassle to take the stairs. Not an easy feat for bad knees & heavy luggage. As with many hotels on this trip. They neglect to clean things like artwork. Sadly people can be filthy and again I see something splashed on the art/wall. So please clean the art and walls. You only can see this when the light reflects off it. Otherwise, a good, clean comfy room for the night.

Love the atmosphere, clean rooms, and location.

Did not like that there was no hot tub also breakfast was not good, no waffles, broken dispensers. Also while we were staying North door would not work with key card. We stay every year at the same time, has really declined since last year.

The location was very highway accessible. We found several restaurant options just 7 minutes away. This would be a great place for a family stay with the indoor pool. It's an older style layout that actually allows for a very quiet stay. We enjoyed the hot breakfast options and would stay here again.
