Very clean rooms, and I mean clean. I love how it sits back away from traffic. Price was great. I’ll be staying there everytime I’m in town. Breakfast was amazing. And staff couldn’t be beat by any other hotel chain. I don’t care if it’s Hilton. These people take care of any issues

I had a problem with the payment. It’s very confusing especially when googling acdite and you prepay. And I get to the hotel and they have no record of it. Yet was charged 2 x’s the amount I should have been. I am still owed a FREE ROOM OR $56 back.

The entire room was nice, modern touch. Love the orange color.

Although the entire room had been updated the bathroom has not. The shower looks bad and desperate need for an update. Also I was told at check in that I would have a cash only deposit that was over a hundred. They said it was cash only because I am a resident of Davenport. I would think that a deposit of that amount and cash would be for people that don’t live here considering they would be much harder to track down than someone that lives here

The service was friendly, the showers are great It was nice to have all the lotion conditioner shampoo readily available. The bed was nice and soft. We came into a nice cold room which we were able to shut off and make it through the night comfortably. Standard Breakfast anymore, waffles, bagels, fruit, yogurt, boiled eggs, milk and cereal, juices It worked... If we're ever in the area again we would stay here again. It was a great price clean and comfortable!

However they need to do something with their luggage carts by fixing the  wheels, buy new ones... The carts were the first welcoming thing that irritated us cuz they wouldn't roll good, which didn't leave a good first impression on the hotel.

The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was hot, beds were clean and comfortable and the room was well kept so overall I enjoyed my stay . I would stay again just for the staff alone .

I was disappointed that the pool and hot tub were out of order the staff said that the booking .com has known for a while I got this Hotel for the pool and hot tub I probably would have stayed elsewhere if I had known ahead of time but I did have a pleasant stay just really wanted to swim.

breakfast was ok just needed a bit more variety in muffins, fruits and bagels. Staff was very welcoming and explanatory on directions to room and amenities. Made me feel safe and welcomed upon checkin in and passing them in hallway. also liked the fact that your tv in my room allowed me to use my own subscriptions to watch at my leisure. home away from home.

i didnt like that breakfast was only for 3 hours .

Breakfast was fine. Egg, sausages, waffle machines fruit. Etc

Coffee wasn’t the best. I’m picky with coffee and got mine elsewhere, but it wasn’t a big deal. The road to the unit was under construction, so I guess that was a negative, but again not really a big deal. The location was very safe, in a good area of town, close and convenient to the event I was attending.

Traveling with trailer from Colorado to New York. Thought of sleeping at a rest stop but really do like a good sleep and hot shower. Best price in town. Clean and quiet. Hot shower and a bed with a Cracker Barrel right next door. I could not have asked for more. I was out at 4am so can't speak to the provided breakfast food. 24 hour desk service. Both check in and check out were PERFECT!!! Fast, friendly and professional.

For the price ... there is nothing to not like.

The staff was super kind and thorough. It seemed like a busy night, but the lobby was inviting. Our room was clearly newer and it was so bright and clean! The appliances were great and the water pressure in the shower was perfect! Its proximity to Cracker Barrel and other places made it ideal to stay and get takeout for dinner too.

I wish the pet fee wasn't $25 per dog. It was almost more for our two dogs than it was for the entire hotel room.

Standard waffles, yogurt, cereal, juice and coffee for breakfast, nothing fancy but adequate. The room was comfortable and clean and the value was excellent.

Unruly guests were a bit of a nuisance, and the front desk response was rather slow. I also asked for a printed receipt, they said that had to come from the booking service, but the booking service says it has to come from the hotel!

The property was right off the highway. Right by Cracker Barrel for a quick dinner. Room was clean.

When we first walked in the whole lobby smelled of weed. Unleashed dog just walking around. When we checked out we wandered around for 15 minutes trying to find someone to check us out. The staff we asked for help didn’t speak English. Finally when the desk worker arrived she said she was doing laundry.
