We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel am Schlossplatz. We were met at the front desk by the lovely owner of the hotel, she checked us in, took our breakfast requests and showed us to our room. The room was huge, with high quality finishes, and nice furnishings, bed covers etc. There was a fridge in the room, intercom, 2 large wall mounted TVs and if you visit in winter you won't be cold - the room had three very large new wall radiators with digital thermostats. Very nice bathroom with great lighting and also with a large wall mounted towel heater. The bed was huge and so comfortable, pillows and linens, towels etc were super clean and new and the room was very quiet. There were coffee making facilities in the room and the breakfast which was delivered to our room was excellent and more than adequate. Such a lovely stay. Thankyou!

The Service was excellent, the breakfast was brought to the room, and perfectly on time. The extra washing service was incredibly well done and quick too. The woman working there was friendly and a great staff member.

The recent renovation did come with a subtle new car smell

Lovely welcoming landlady, spacious super clean room, good WiFi, great shower, amazing breakfast served in room. Go for the muesli with honey yoghurt ! We stayed here to visit the Hohenzollern castle which is just ten minutes away by car.

Great and varied buffet offer for everyone's taste, something for everyone. The coffee is excellent. They have a large selection of teas. At the end we were very satisfied.

We were satisfied with everything, so we have no complaints.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The location is excellent for viewing the nearby castle. I was impressed by the large breakfast spread. Overall, it felt pretty clean.
