The staff is amazing. The receptionist always gives warm welcome. The hotel staff like Danish, Sana from restaurant , suhail from restaurant and iftikhar are so friendly and helpful. I honestly don’t remember the names of the staff there. All of them are so good . Even the security guards and gate keepers are were respectful. I would always come and live here. This is my second home now. The hotel manager came to us and greeted us the other day. What else can you expect from hospitality point of view

There is nothing I can complain about. Everything is always so perfect. However I feel the breakfast menu needs bit changing as it hasn’t got variety of food and same menu is continued for long time

We originally booked a standard room but were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a royal suite — and it was amazing! The suite had everything: a spacious bedroom, a dining area, living room, kitchenette, and plenty of space to relax. The food was also good and added to the overall experience. Overall, we really enjoyed our time and appreciated the upgrade — just a couple of modern touches would make it perfect.

There were three areas where the experience could be improved. First, the lift is outdated, and takes too long. It was so slow that we were confused every time we used it, wondering whether it was even working. Second, there was no mini bar in the suite, which would have been a convenient addition. Third, the TVs were outdated and not smart TVs. In this day and age, especially when traveling with family, having access to streaming services like Netflix really adds value to a stay.

Perfect location, perfect staff specially mentioning Anza at Front reception for her proffesional and accommodating demeanour, and Imran from the staff for facilitating during checkin and check out.

Restaurant menu doesn't sounds like Cafe ( but its direction card saying Cafe ), The hotel doesn't have ATM machine and if you need cash you have to either walk or with conveyance travel at least 4 to 5 kms for out and back. Lastly, bedroom pillows definitely needs improvement in terms of newness cum fluffiness.

We were delighted to be upgraded to a Royal Suite upon arrival thanks to Mr. Zarman's assistance. Mr. Imran's friendly and informative room tour further enhanced our experience. The following day, Zubaria and Asghar went above and beyond to help us print some important documents with a smile. On our departure day, we had to check out early due to unforeseen circumstances. However, when our work finished sooner than expected and finding ourselves with extra time before our flight, we decided to return to the hotel. The front desk staff graciously allowed us to reoccupy our room until 1 pm, demonstrating their professionalism and kindness. We also appreciated the attentive and friendly service from Sana in the restaurant. Overall, our experience at Avari was exceptional due to the outstanding service provided by the staff.

i would like to thank all the staff escpecially Zubair, Zubaria, and Meher for assisting me, as i travelled late on saturday night, and sunday all currency exchange was closed i had no access to any money, the staff was so helpful in ensuring my needs was met, they could see how distressed i was and booked me taxis etc and paid for things from their own pockets to help me until all banks was open again. i had to make a doctors appointment and they went out of thier way to ensure this happened. A truly great gesture. This hotel staff really look after the people that are staying with them.

The convenience of its location suited me most. The staff is friendly, efficient and always very welcoming. I have previously stayed at Avari and my interactions with members of the staff has always been outstanding. I wish to also mention that Zubaria and Aadil have always showed a quality which supersedes a lot of other things and the due consideration for the guests.

The breakfast can be upscaled a little. I’m sure with slight tweaking of the menu it will certainly be pleasurable.

Security barrier arm at main entrance is manual and old type it should be latest one to enhance the aesthetics of the building.

Excellent location and very courteous staff. Especially mention the house keeping staff whom were very professional and skilled.

Mosquitos in the room through out my stay. Everyday the house keeping staff spray the entire room but some how these small creatures entered in the room every day.

Very well trained staff, starting from entrance, reception, bell boy, housekeeping, roam service, all staff greeted with genuine smile, and very professional treatment. The gem in the crown was Ms.Sana (hostess) at the restaurant. Her sense of hospitality made the homelike atmosphere. Highly appreciated.

The door lock of room 212 is in same condition for the last two years. Really need effort to lock and unlock wirh key.
