loved the staff very personable and friendly, very helpful, The Breakfast was very plentiful, and the selections for locals and international were excellent! only one small question is the bacon, and potatoes and eggs were not as hot as I would have liked. Other than that was fantastic. I invite everyone who comes to Rayong to stay at this Hotel. I had to extend my stay 3 times and they accommodated me each time. You won't be disappointed. Bed was a but to hard.

It’s a stunning hotel and beautifully appointed. Staff are lovely. Breakfast selection was vast. Suites are lovely.

Breakfast is a bit busy on weekends and the egg station had trouble keeping up - we had to re-order after waiting over 25 minutes for a poached egg. Thats about it. Not much not to like really….oh, and staff need to start telling patrons not to sit in public places like the restaurant on the 30th Floor watching youtube on their phones at full volume. So rude and destroyed the ambience of my partner and I’s romantic dinner. Get headphones and stop being so rude people! The staff need to stop patrons doing that in such an expensive and high class restaurant.

The staff is very friendly and helpful ,food is great and the view in the room is very nice and relax when we had the coffee and look out side at the sea view and the last one my daughter love the swimming pool.

It didn't seem that didn't like but if we could have the room in the private spot it will be better .We got the room in front of the elevator .

The staff were very helpful especially kan,,who helped me hire a car , and, Dew who worked, in the, restaurant for breakfast, who went out of her way to make sure we had, a lovely at the holiday inn ,i would just like to thank them both so much for there help , and Dew for employee of the month, would definitly staying here

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

We got a room by the elevator first, it was unbelievable nosying, so we ask for another room. And was not a issue to grant us that. Tried the Saturday night buffet it was bit of a let down, for the hole group of us.

Got an upgrade to the club lounge 27th floor 1st night because swimming closed. We enjoyed very much and paid extra for the next 2 nights. The staff May at reception 1st Class .club lounge jubjib andCake looked after extremely well. Will certainly come again soon.

Excellent quality Holiday Inn. Great location, easy access. Extremely clean spacious. Awesome staff. Beautiful breakfast buffet with international cuisine. Room is extremely comfortable. Choices of soft and firm pillows. Bed extremely comfortable. Very clean. Amenities of high quality. Quiet with splendid ocean views sunset and sunrise.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The breakfast is amazing, staff is so nice&helpful and the view from the rooms facing the sea is lovely. Loved the rooftop pool and restaurant as well. There is a shopping mall next door which is super convenient as well! 10/10!

Excellent business hotel in Rayong. Adjoining a mall made is very convenient too.

My room was located at the back of the lift shaft and motor / elevator sounds were very disturbing. Ok f you check in this hotel please choose not to be in the rooms behind the elevator.
