The staff were absolutely outstanding. I had several requests to help my medical condition and the Hotel Team did everything they could to help me. Nothing was too much trouble and I send everyone of them a personal thank you. The breakfast was vast, with a fabulous selection of fruit, cold meat, cheeses and a hot breakfast too. Everything was fresh and tasty.

Personally, I did not like the fact that people were allowed to smoke in the terrace restaurant. Yes it is outside, not big but undercover and not that much ventilation. Also I did find it strange that table water was not available, particularly as it was during an extremely hot week with temperatures reaching 35 degrees Celsius. Perhaps it is a Germany specific trait but it would be my recommendation to ban the smoking, or provide some inside seating and provide table water free of charge.

Good choice and high quality food at breakfast. There is a swimming pool on the top floor where when can do a bit of sports already very early in the morning or pretty late in the evening. The hotel location is very good, close to the downtown area with sights and shops; the central bus station is right in front of the hotel; it is within (longer) walking distance from the train station, but there are also various bus lines. Very good value for money.

If there are plenty of people, then the breakfast room might feel a bit tight.

We have used this hotel before and it is still as nice. Staff are friendly and helpful. Restaurant is pleasant and tables are not packed tight. Lots of choice for breakfast and our evening meal. Room was ample in size as was the bathroom. Bed was comfortable but pillows were a little too soft. View from our window was lovely, could see for miles. Very handy having a carpark to....spaces are tight so take care

I am not a fan of dogs in the dining room, especially when the staff are petting them and then working with the food without washing their hands. Also unfair for people allergic to them

Everything was good. Pleasant, cheerful, professional staff throughout the hotel. The room was small - but adequate for our needs on this occasion so no complaints. We did not take breakfast so cannot comment on that topic. On our first evening we visited the hotel bar and had a pizza which was good. Hotel location is perfect being away from the bustle and noise. Only a short walk to the restaurants, shops, Dom and the Christmas Market.

We cannot find fault. Nothing to dislike.

location was great right in the middle of the city, close to the parks and easy reachable by walking from train station. breakfast was a highlight the options were great , also the sitting is close to a windows and enough space to take a long and relax breakfast. room was small in meters but for one person was fine.

I didn't like the fact that the temperature in the outside was hot and warm, and in the room the AC was not working properly - you add the window and the sun and make the room 24 degrees C. For me that was unpleasant to sleep , I like more cooler temperatures.

Hotel is centrally located. It has ample Parking space. Breakfast is pretty good. Check-in Check-out procedure is very swift. Staff is very well groomed.

It is quite old styled. Like lifts are installed in 1972 and renovated in 1998. Something similar is the decor of the rooms. Everything is 15 years old.However, despite of being old, the amenities are well maintained and are in good condition. Quite expensive, considering located in Paderborn & if we rate the amenities and decor of the rooms.

The position of the light switch next to the bed. They are rather in the middle of the headboard of the bed, so when I moved in sleep, the cushion or I touched the switch and turned it on

Excellent hotel with a great location. Breakfast was of great quality and variety. The food was that good in the bar we only ate out once in 8 nights! The staff, especially the bar staff were fantastic and very helpful.

My only criticism is there was no items price list for the laundry. Otherwise no complaints.

Very nice staff. Location ok. Once there was a fight at the bus station next to the hotel. But felt safe all the time.

Wrong room with no window from bathroom to bedroom. And not a good view for the more expensive room as situated in 2nd floor. Cheaper rooms are at 8th floor.

We asked for a room on a higher floor away from the lifts, which is exactly what we were given - and with a wonderful view over Paderborn. Thank you.

We ordered room service and were told it would be half an hour. In fact it was 90 minutes before our dinner arrived. I understand that the restaurant and kitchens were very busy that evening, but I did not appreciate the unrealistic time-frame we were given for our food to arrive.
