The pool area is very nice and the sea view was beautiful. Tiago at the reception arranged for me the valet parking in a very friendly way. The breakfast staff, allowed me to grab food and Returned many nourishments to the serving tables for me to breakfast notwithstanding with the fact that they were closing In 3 minutes.

My room window didn’t close properly, the room is humid and lacks noise isolation. The staff doesn’t speak English. I was told that the breakfast is until 11:00 am and when I showed at the restaurant it was closing at 10 am leaving me literally 3 minutes to grab and eat. The breakfast egg service is extremely slow. I had wait 30 minutes to get simple fried eggs. The sauna doesn’t work, the gym is under equipped.

Hotel is located in an excellent spot in Rio Vermelho, providing a perfect mix of relaxation and safety while being close to all the restaurants and bars. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the infinity pool, which offers a stunning view. The rooms are spacious enough to be comfortable. I was particularly impressed by the responsiveness of the staff; any issues I had were promptly addressed and resolved on the first day, leaving me very satisfied.

The gym could use better management, especially for those who prefer weight training. There is no cupboard to store your belongings when using the sauna, which is inconvenient. Access to the sauna is only through the gym, which isn’t ideal. The sauna’s exit area lacks aesthetic appeal and comfort, making it awkward to store clothes. Additionally, to get to the pool, you often have to walk through areas where events are being held, which can be uncomfortable. Room views vary significantly; rooms with a sea view are much better, while those facing the city can be a bit gloomy due to the lack of natural light

The property is located in front of the ocean. It is surrounded by nature and has a beautiful landscape. The neighborhood offers quality restaurants, bars, and stores. The rooms are comfortable. The restaurant offers local cuisine with an ample variety of dishes. The staff is kind and helpful.

The sea in front of the hotel is polluted and unsuitable for swimming. Due to the salty environment, the property requires minor repairs. The ratio price-quality could be better.

Best features of this hotel are the infinity pool and the restaurant. Pool makes for amazing sundown pics and nice relax environment after visiting warm and hectic Salvador center Breakfast and food is great and so is some of the restaurant staff

Distance to center doable with Uber / Taxi , but if you want to be in the center a lot go for a Pelourinho classical hotel Some staff uninterested Only a few of the staff speak English. Could be a nice benefit from Accor to pay for dualingo app for them so everyone wins

I always stay at this hotel because of its excellent location in Rio Vermelho. My favorite part is the infinity pool, and I also loved the rich breakfast. The staff are very helpful as well.

The sauna is inside the gym, but it's poorly located and maintained. There's nowhere to store your clothes or hang them, and it's impossible to exit the sauna dry without getting the entire gym wet. This needs to be changed.

Fantastic staff and amazing facilities. We were very pleasantly surprised with the breakfast and the pool area. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and we had everything we needed for a good holiday stay. I felt like this would be a great hotel for a work vacation. The beach right next to the hotel is also great and there are a lot of stores and restaurants nearby.

The reception process was confuse, certainly because they were changing the system Waited a lot for check-in, and I have NOT YET received my receipt by email, after more than 3 days waiting! And the reception did not answer the phone while in the room, the number listed by the phone is not the one they use

The view from the restaurant and pool are amazing. There is a small beach nearby which is also amazing. The staff was very kind and the room was very spacious. Good airconditioning as well.

The gym was very minimal. If you want to get a good workout in, this is not the place.

Located near city attractions. The breakfast is very good, with many alternatives: fruits, regional treats, standard bread, coffee and tea. Decaffeinated coffee availability was a good surprise. Comfortable and silent room. Staff very attentive and kind.

There was no complimentary bottle of water in the room when arriving, a common standard in star hotels.

Staff were fantastic and very solicitous. Bar staff by the pool offered the best caipirinhas ever. Restaurant staff were all so friendly and polite. Location was amazing, quiet street yet still close to good restaurants. Rooms were spacious. Great infinity pool with ocean view.

There could have been a bit more options for the breakfast (e.g. sausages/bacon). The water in the room was a bit overpriced in our opinion (R$12/small bottle).
