Good things: the location, cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, the breakfast, spacious room with two queen-sized beds, no smoking in the entire hotel, and free parking. The facility looks really nice!

Could improve: temperature of the room (no climate control, only a standing fan); check in wasn´t until after 3pm even though they told me 1pm might be possible; only one room key unless you pay for a second one. I also had to ask for more toilet paper the first morning and 2 more towels on the second morning --even though we booked the room for 4 people. Those things should have been taken care of ahead of time. There is no alcohol allowed in the rooms. There is a terrace on the roof that looks very inviting for having a glass of wine or tequila or something, but that is not allowed. That´s a shame! Though I can imagine some guests would get loud and rowdy up there if they could have alcohol -- which would spoil the stay of all the other guests, so I understand.

Staff especially, Gorge was very helpful and customer oriented. Location was good with easy walkability to most sights . Breakfast service was very good

Hot water was an issue. You had to let the shower run for at least 5 minutes before warm water appeared. Bathrooms need hooks to hang clothes during shower.. Breakfast entrees tended to be cold. Main staff other than Gorge, need to improve English, which caused problem with arranged transportation in the morning. TV only in Spanish and losing transmission signal. The beds were somewhat hard.

Locations was good. Close but not too close to the center so it was quiet. Hotel has everything you need including breakfast. Rooms were spacious and floors were new and clean.

Everything was great. For the price it’s amazing. You’re not getting luxury but that’s now what we paid for. Would be nice if there were hooks in the bathroom and maybe an extra towel.

The hotel is very well maintained and room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent and you are able to order whatever you want should want something different to what is on offer. Staff very friendly and helpful. One weak spot is that the WIFI is somewhat variable and the signal often dropped.

Everything was great. Friendly staff, good breakfast, quiet room, comfortable bed.

Unfortunately, all of the streets around the hotel were under repair, which created a lot of dirt, mud and general ugliness everywhere. But that clearly was not the fault of the hotel.

Room is bigger than most. Bed was ok. Breakfast included was also ok. The staff very nice and helpful.

This is not the hotel's fault, but since the city is fixing the surrounding streets, the access is very limited. You have to walk several blocks to get there, it was hard, especially if you have luggage. Who knows when it will get done. No air conditioning

Very good location, 5min away from the city center. The hotel is clean and has everything you need. The rooms have comfortable king size bed and are well equipped. Staff is very nice and helpful.

The American style breakfast did not meet my taste, but that’s personal.

Location was perfect for walking to Centro to shop for talavera. Breakfast was very good. All staff we talked to were fantastic. Secure parking was a big factor in our decision.

A hook for towels would have been nice.

Lovely place to stay, very close to the Zócalo of Puebla! Clean and comfortable rooms, with an excellent buffet style breakfast. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Netflix connection on TV didn’t work well, but we didn’t mind too much!

Friendly hotel with good breakfast. It is easy to have a comfortable stay for an excellent value. Hot shower with good water pressure. The beds are very good and the room service is a bliss.

Some things in the bathroom could be improved (e.g. missing light)
