Secure parking compound. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly.

Hotel is in a retail park, which is handy for travel connections and fine for me but its not what you'd call picturesque.

staff was super friendly, and the location was great with stores nearby. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the atmosphere was relaxed and helpful. easy access to town if you have a rental car.

There is no fridge or kettle in the room, and it is a bit far from town without a car.

comfortable and quiet room, breakfast selection was good and dinner was good value. located on a main road but close to fast food outlets, bakery and supermarket which is convenient if that's what you want. parking was easy.

Clean, bright, modern hotel. Large room with very comfortable bed. Good shower. Self service breakfast with plenty of choice.

It was a long walk from the centre of Castres but that was my fault for not checking when booking.

The confort of the bed, a spacious bedroom very clean. Good staff support, always polite.

No kettle in the bedroom and no iron, guest need to get to the reception every single time for a hot drink, and take the clothes they eant to iron down to the reception for ironing.

Good breakfast. Nice room and the staff is really helpful and friendly.

The room is a little bit small but it is no big deal.
