The location is great , you have a lot of restaurants nearby . The room is very comfortable and you even have a share kitchen that is very helpful if you don’t want to spend a lot of money and want to cook , it’s a great choice. I loved the shower, it’s very spacious and the water feels nice . We didn’t get to explore the pool because it was raining a lot throughout our whole stay , but it looked very nice and cleaned. Also , I liked that we were able to park our car inside the facilities without any additional cost , it made us feel very secure. The instructions via WhatsApp on how to find the place and how to get to your room were very helpful and they even included photos , which was great ! The bed and pillows were also comfortable for my liking.

The only thing that I didn’t like was that the staff wasn’t very communicative in regards to the check out . I included a photo of this because exactly at 12:00 they told us that we had to leave , and the manager looked mad . In the Booking website it says you can check out until 1pm. So , I suggest to update that time in their Booking,that way there is not confusion whatsoever.

Our stay at Casa AMMAH was wonderful! The house is beautifully designed, spotless, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Her hospitality made all the difference, and we felt right at home when we arrived. The location is perfect for exploring Ciudad Valles and the stunning Huasteca Potosina region. Whether you’re here for adventure or relaxation, Casa AMMAH is the ideal place to stay. Highly recommended, and we can’t wait to return!

The property was super clean and comfortable. It is beautiful. The pool is a nice size and you have a nice area to rest or eat outside by the pool. The host was incredible. Communication worked well over WhatsApp. I asked for vegan food recommendations and received a list of options also the host offered to get me anything I needed and store it in the fridge before my arrival. I hung my swimming stuff out in the garden to dry and they folded it all up and put it in the building before it rained. My room was ready for check in even when I arrived early in the morning. And I was able to keep my luggage in the room after checkout! One of the most thoughtful hosts I’ve ever had. Loved it.

There is absolutely nothing I didn’t like.

Clean property and room, secure, beautiful pool area, friendly owner and staff, good location (near pharmacy, grocery store, tour company, and eateries), good value, and well-equipped communal kitchen (I appreciated the environmentally friendly water cooler). We’d definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Nothing not to like, really—our first room (king bed, room 2) didn’t have storage space but they were flexible and switched us to another room that did (rooms 4 & 5 also had two queen beds plus a view of the pool, gorgeous). You should be able to speak Spanish and/or be good with Google translate—fair enough, it’s Mexico.

Although CD Valles It’s not the most exciting town, casa ammah is located perfectly. It’s easy to get to wherever you need to go in Huasteca Potosina.. the rooms are big, the bathroom is very nice. The pool is beautiful, and it has a waterfall! I love that there is the kitchen to make tea and breakfast before I left for my adventures!

Everything was great!

We had a beautiful night here. The room was so comfortable, the casa was peaceful and quiet, the staff were friendly and it was extremely easy to communicate with them before our stay. Very accommodating. We would 100% recommend Casa Ammah and we look forward to staying there again!

Pool was nice, has secure parking. AC worked super well so the room stayed very comfortable.

We actually lost her gate remote when leaving. We had to leave very early in the morning so I clipped it in the back of the gate as I closed it. It went missing that morning somehow. Had a small issue with one of the windows, but she offered to swap our rooms but ultimately just got the window fixed very quickly.

Hotel is nicely located and has a huge kitchen. We’re very happy to have parking on site.

The beds were too firm for our liking and if you removed the stopper from the sink, a sulfur odor would permeate the room.

Loved the room with a little patio. Great we could use the kitchen and refrigerator. We celebrated my friends birthday and they had nicely decorated the room for us. Free parking.

Cafe de Maria was very good

Hot water was not available the first day but was quickly fixed. Satellite TV did not work but we did not care that much. AC unit did not work but we did not report.
