The staff were amazing except for our initial encounter at the Reception during check in. Then we got to talk to Himanshu about 4 hrs later and the F&B staff were exceptional. Thanks to Babitha she was so considerate to ensure we did not leave the hotel without breakfast at 5am during check out. Ahe got the details from us the previous evening whole chatting during dinner and got us some packed breakfast.

The initial experience was not great with the lady at the reception. She gave me a room that had no light and after insisting multiple times that I was feeling claustrophobic she dint budge and said the rooms were sold out. Finally got to speak to Himanshu who was so kind to fox the issue and change our room.

Comfortable clean room and comfortable stay. Service staff able to accommodate small requests and helpful. Good and tasty breakfast spread with good choice of options.

The details on the booking were incorrect, states 'sofa bed' present in the Superior King room. Told by hotel staff they don't have any sofa beds in the whole hotel. Instead we were provided with a separate fold out bed. One of the pictures for this room also confusingly shows a bigger bathroom which is incorrect. Had it not been for these mistakes which lead to unmet expectations would have rated much higher.

It's a perfect location, especially the staff. They are doing very well and are hardworking. Sherya Vansh Sakshi Babli and all restaurant staff, housekeeping is excellent. Big thanks to the wallet parking staff, they are doing very well and for making our stay comfortable and especially thanks to the guard uncle for always being ready to open the door with a smile.

Nothing but no activity area for kids apart from lawn and no pool and kids area.

Car selection for guest is worse . Also the rate varried from person to person who is standing behind the counter . I have hired a car from hotel for 12 hrs @3600 +tax for Rishikesh tour but due to some unwanted issue ( Driver Personal matter ) we have to get back after 6 hrs . Though Hotel management gave me 20% discount but I have missed Rishikesh from the tourist point of view .

The hotel was nice, very clean and the staff was nice and helpful.

The location was too far away from everything, there’s nothing around this place, this is not a 5star, I would say it’s a 4dtar, the meal was very expensive and the put taxes on your bill after, you couldn’t go out to eat as it was too far to go, so we had to eat there. There wasnt lot of variety of food.

Staff behaviour was very good and humble. Room was very Clean, and Breakfast was super tasty. Staff were even helpful and available whenever we need.

Everything regarding hotel is good. But the only problem is its location just after Toll, everytime when we return to it after sight seeing haridwar and rishikesh we either have to cross same toll twice just for a small U- Turn or else drive on a wrong side for saving toll which is quite risky.

The staff was exceptionally attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, especially the restaurant staff named Ibahri. Overall great experience, all staff were nice and their professionalism and genuine care made our stay truly memorable. Thank you for the outstanding service!

Accommodation was good and comfortable.

Service Road to reach to property was not constructed so it had created problem for us because if we take U turn from any road the Toll tax counter was there to charge to and fro tax just for taking U turn for reaching to property. This should be taken care .

It was clean, the rooms were spacious, the showers were excellent, the staff were welcoming and very helpful, the selection at breakfast was quite good. We also had dinner in the restaurant and it was lovely.

The location - you have go through the toll whenever you leave the hotel

Front desk staff, specifically Ms Esha was very helpful to accommodate my very senior parents for an early checkin and late check out. And a housekeeping staff Mr Purinder( I am not sure if I got his name right) was too helpful.

It was too far away from the city.
