The place is beautiful and immersed in nature. Staff is very nice and the coffe tour was interesting.

The hotel is quite expensive, and the additional costs for the coffee tour are steep. Given that guests are already paying more to stay here compared to other hotels, the tour should be offered at a reduced rate for those staying on-site. Additionally, the lunch we had upon arrival was also very overpriced

Fantastic location with great views from the breakfast room and the swimming pool. Good restaurant within a walking distance. You must try the mineral spa in the mountains nearby.

The area is expanding as a tourist destination which might put off Western tourists looking for seclusion

There was work going on at the Hotel which we hadn’t been made aware of. Bedrooms need updating as furniture was a little tired and bathroom tired

Thw breakfast is simple but absolutely great! They have an amaizing view of the mountains. They have a pool and jacuzzi with the same amazing view to all thw greenery which i personaly loved! They offer an Cafe tour that goes from 09:00 - 13:30 pretty cheap and defently worth it. The staff was kind, helpful, they helped me get a reservation to one famous site in the area (without additional cost!!). Next to Fina Cafe there is Mirador del Cafe which is on the top of the mountain and you get an amazibg view point while enjoying lunch or dinner (great food!) Over there.

This is a beautiful location. They have a nice shared space to sit and enjoy the scenery. The room was comfortable and clean. There was a nice ceiling fan in the room that kept us cool. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty. We did the coffee tour and it was very hands on which our kids liked. The coffee was delicious. It is a little outside of town so it would be easier to have a car at this location. Overall, a nice place to stay.

I honestly didn’t want to leave this hotel, it is a home away from home where the staff make you feel so welcome. The surrounding area is beautiful, peaceful, and the hotel facilities are excellent with pool and jacuzzi.

It isn’t made clear that the restaurant/ bar are not on the same property as the hotel but this isn’t really an issue as they are extremely close. You can also take one of the regular buses into Santa Rosa or a very cheap taxi.

The property was SO beautiful that we felt like having a honey moon here: dreamy covered patio overlooking swimming pool and coffee field, tasteful decor and attentive staff. The food of the restaurant was of fine dining quality. We also took the coffee tour which was much better than the ones in Cuba or other farms that we had been to.

The restaurant was located 500m away from the hotel in an complex with a bakery and a bar. it was a beautiful property but just not directly connected to the. hotel itself.

The service was simply amazing. They were extremely helpful and kind. The installations are perfect and the view on the finca is mesmerizing. The tour of th fince is clearly worth the price and time it takes.

It’s hard to reach without a car.
