I have travelled many places in the Kingdom for work and I must say I was very impressed with this hotel. The manager Ahmed was excellent from the moment I arrived, he kindly showed me the facilities and made it very personal. He explained facilities and timings. He gave me the confidence that nothing was to much trouble. He was quite brilliant. The rest of the staff from the cleaners to Fatima on reception were professional and hardworking. The professional standards were high from all staff. Excellent service.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the hotel the staff were attentive and worked hard. The staff were extremely polite.

I was returning to the Boudl Buraydah after such a pleasurable experience the first time I stayed. The BEST thing about the hotel was the staff who are exceptional. I would like to thank the hard working staff such as Manar, Belal, Man, Rapi and off-course the Hotel manager Ahmed. The hotel is in a great location very close to a supermarket and various places to eat and drink. I have travelled many places in the Kingdom and I must say the Boudl Buraydah Hotel is fantastic and I would highly recommend to anyone travelling for work or pleasure.

In my personal opinion I have nothing I didn’t like. A great job by all staff in the hotel was evident.

What I like about Boudl Buraydah was that the staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Rooms are clean. You can really relax and feel at home. The receptionist is very friendly. I forgot the name of the receptionist, and also, since I'm Filipino, i didn't have a hard time communicating with them since all of them know how to speak English fluently. But all.in all I was, happy and satisfied with their service. Big thanks to Mr. Ahmed. I am looking forward to coming again with the big set of friends.

I have one suggestion only, what if they update their television in the room since they have internet? Why don't you change it to smart TV instead. It's more good and fun to watch together with family and friends

Location is in good area, not far away from main street og Omar be Alkhatab.

location was great. Central and close to all amenities. Muhammad at reception was amazing; friendly and helpful. Jamal, Raju and Damba were excellent always helping with anything that we needed as a family.

Some of the furniture needs to be upgraded.

Big rooms, room service, reasonably priced food, helpful staff. Covered parking.

The hotel canceled my booking even though I booked through Booking.com with my credit card and got me to rebook for an additional 73 sar. Also, the shower didn't work well. Not enough flow and not enough hot water. We had two bathrooms, but both of them were like that. I had to switch bathrooms in the middle of my shower because hot water flow was too low.

The hotel is at a convenient location with plenty of shops close by. The check in staff were nice and professional - it was a pleasant experience. The apartment was well maintained and spotless clean. They provided good amenities. The beds were comfortable. The hotel also has a childrens pool but we didnt get the chance to try it out!

Some of the furniture is a bit old and the sofa was bumpy so it is due replacement but as it was clean we didnt mind.
