I liked the attitude of the staff. The employees are perfect. The owner Ismet efendi is a great personality, very kind to his workers and guests. The receptionists Selim, Nur, Hudanur, Minenur, bartenders and waiters very polite, helpful and ready to assist at any issue. The location of the hotel is also perfect. It is in quiet location near the river and within 10 min walk to the city center, bus station and museum. It is also perfect option in terms of money/value. The hotel provides all the services you expect for the very affordable price. Very recommended for those, who travel with family.

The was nothing I didn't like.

We were a bit hesitant at first because some of the reviews had made us unsure, but we ended up being really happy with our stay. The breakfast was varied , there was something for every taste. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bathroom was also very relaxing. Our room had a view of the Kızılırmak River, and it was absolutely stunning. Opening the curtains in the morning and seeing that view really made our day.The staff were all very friendly and helpful, anytime we needed something, they responded quickly and kindly. The spa and pool area was also a great place to relax and unwind. One thing that really surprised and impressed us was the 24-hour Starbucks in the lobby. It was so nice to be able to grab a coffee and sit down for a chat, even late at night. Also, we absolutely loved the wood-fired Turkish Pide served at dinner, it was delicious and felt like a special touch. The hotel’s location was convenient and close to many sights in the area. We stayed as a family, and everyone was very satisfied.

The hotel is in a good location and the room was comfortable. The most positive aspect of the stay was the staff. They were all very supportive, friendly and helpful, and that really made my stay a very positive one.

I think this hotel mostly caters to big tour groups. They should have a better system for checking room amenities between guests, i.e. is the safe open, does the TV remote need batteries etc. These are minor issues and easily rectified, but checking properly saves time for the guest, so they don't have to ask.

The property was in a good location and the morning balloon flights came right over the hotel. It was only about an hour from the Kayseri airport. The staff is very friendly and they try very hard to meet your needs.

The pool is extremely small, more like a dipping pool. The elevators are extremely slow, emphasis on extremely. Although the staff is very nice and trying very hard to please, their English is limited. Only a few were able to help with information. The air conditioning was dismal, and when we were there it was in the 90’s. The rooms weren’t very clean. For the extras like internet, coffees and lunches, you could only use cash, no credit cards or charging to your room.
