Location is great.

Facility seemed a bit outdated and less than clean though it seems an attempt is made. Indoor pool is closed and it seems they have cemented in the hot tub area. Breakfast was bare minimum. (Cereal, milk, juice, coffee, pre-packaged pastries, Bagels and bread with a complicated if not malfunctioning toaster and a microwave) Beds were clean and comfortable, towels well stocked and clean. Property has potential to be wonderful once again.

Everything was fine except for lighting.

The lighting was not good so need to upgrade. The current lighting was not up to par. Needs pot lights in ceiling, or at least much brighter bulbs installed. The worst was the mirror and sink which was especially dim.

Breakfast was good, not great, maids were good, front desk was good, everyone there is very accommodating,

wall plugs not very accessible, shower water could be hotter.

The location was very convenient.

You could hear through the walls. There was a man coughing in room next to us and we could hear him very clearly. my husband and I had to speak in hushed tones because we knew we could be heard. I wore ear plugs so I could get some sleep.

The bad was very comfortable. The confidential breakfast had a little bit to be desired But other than that it was. an awesome stay.

The continental breakfast. There was nothing to it. The coffee was empty and there was no one there to store a new pot.

The staff was very helpful! I noticed dried blood on the glass of the back entrance door and told the front desk clerk. She immediately got up checked it out cleaned and sanitized it. I wish I knew her name but she was very concerned and efficient!

Actually don't have any complaints.

Convenient to freeway, quiet, nicely appointed. Very nice treatment by staff. A pleasurable stay on a long trip!
