The room was comfortable. The bed was very comfy. The room exceeded our expectations.

Breakfast was good but the staff at breakfast treated the guests as if we were a bother. Meanwhile we witnessed a housekeeper down six sausages, a pound of bacon, three biscuits with a mountain of gravy and a pile of eggs. We finished and went back to the room to move our stuff to the car and when I came back she was still eating as was the other staff members.

It was clean and comfortable which is to be expected for the price. The room was big and they provided trolleys to ferry your luggage up to your room. The breakfast was very good and there was a friendly chap who made sure supplies were topped up. The pool and spa were clean with non-slip floor, unlike many hotels where the floor is dangerously slippery.

The hotel is right next to the freeway and the soundproofing wasn’t as good as in budget hotels we’ve stayed in.

They have coffee and juice and water in the lobby for you at all times. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We got stuck in near by traffic when our road was closed due to high winds and dust so we had a safe place to go and feel at ease after hours of waiting in traffic. Breakfast was good also and free!

The breakfast was good, everything was fresh and tasty. The location is good.

The restroom floor was very worn down actually should be replaced since it makes the room look very outdated. The carpet was also stained which tells me it is old and also outdated. The coffee in the room tasted horrible. I think maybe the coffee maker needs to be deep cleaned and that is why the coffee was not tasty at all.

The room arrangement was nice and large and it was clean.

The square pillows! I spend over 20 nights per year in hotels and have never been provided small sofa sized pillows for my bed. The towels could also be improved. They were very rough and stiff like drying with a bath mat.

The bed was very comfortable, not too hard not to soft just right. I was towing a trailer and they had a nice big lot. The parking. The breakfast was very good.

The price was a little bit higher than I normally pay.

Property was nice and pools are very clean! Location is right off the highway, which is great. There isn’t much around to eat, but McDonald’s is the neighbor. Beds were comfy rooms are comfortable, and there was only a $15 pet fee

The breakfast was very good with eggs, bacon, and potatoes. Our room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was perfect. The hair dryer had a night light attached to it. It was right near the freeway but you couldn't hear the freeway traffic.

We requested the first floor but was told it is usually reserved for guests with pets. We could stay in one of the rooms but we didn't want to have any pet smell, etc. However, we got a room on the 3rd floor and say a lady with a dog. Hmmm!! Then there was something attached to the TV that looked like a small camera. My husband put a sock over it. When we asked about it, the desk agent said it was for the TV romote to let it work. The remote worked inspite of the camera looking thing being covered. We had never seen anythng like that object. Also the make-up mirror was coming off the wall. The hair dryer just shot out hot air but no force. There were no towel bars to hang up your towels.

Staff was friendly. The room was clean. The whole facility was clean.

The pool is open but it smells a bit. I don'y think they have used any chlorine in a while. The jacuzzi was green. My family and I went swimming though and we had fun so it wasn't that bad.

Went on a whim looking for a room in AZ new Mexico border late night and this was the only available hotel with rooms available Me and my parents booked at 10pm traveled another hour and a half to arrive and everything was set for us upon arrival Breakfast was already laid out when we walked down to check out at 545am we were back on the road by 605am sharp Awesome 👌 👏 👍
