BREAKFAST CHOICE, LOCATION. WARM ROOM ON COLD NIGHTS. TV SCREEN SIZE. LOCATION. SHORT ON STAFF AS BREAKFAST AREA UNATTENDED THE SECOND DAY SO NO CLEAN UP OR BUTTER. NO JUICE IN 3 VERY LARGE GLASS DISPENSERS. THE FRONT DESK ATTENDANT ARRIVE AT OUR REQUEST AND PUT OUT A CARTON OF BUTTER AND MADE US A CAPPUCCINO HIMSELF AS MACHINE WAS OUT OF ORDER AS IT NEEDED MILK.

GARDENS OLD AND UNTIDY. PAVEMENT TO ROOMS UNEVEN AND VERY OLD. PEOPLE SMOKING EVERY DAY AND NIGHT OUTSIDE ROOMS AND ON EVERY CORNER MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE TO WALK ANYWHERE WITHOUT BEING CHOKED WITH SMOKE. PAYING EXTRA TO HAVE CAR PARKED OUT BACK NEAR ROOM AND BEHIND FENCING. THIS SHOULD NOT BE AN EXTRA CHARGE TO KEEP YOUR CAR SAFE AND CLOSE BY.

The room was a generous size and nice and clean The bathroom was small but functional. The gardens were an attempt to soften the hard edges and did well and the pool environment was lovely though I didn't have time for a swim. The restaurant was well laid out and the menus was good as was the food. Breakfast was a reasonable start to the day.

The bed was uncomfortable and the windows were very grubby, I suspect because of the dusty environment.

Perfect Location, Close to everything. Good size rooms, great pool and restaurant facilities. Beds were comfy and the A/C was super cold. Large TV with plenty of channels to choose from. Perfect for overnight or longer :)

Secure parking should be free, the free parking is in an area near bottle shop and a lot of walk through traffic leaving cars unsecure through the night. Prices for an overnight stay are more expensive up North so free parking behind locked gates should not come at a cost.

The guy at reception in karratha is legendary! I lost my engagement ring and he helped me find it by the pool. So thankful that he found it. 🙌 He was very welcoming when we first arrived and this great customer service continued. Ibis Karratha are lucky to have such an excellent staff member. Thank you and sorry I don't have your name.

I asked a lot of the staff and they bent over backwards for me. I asked for a microwave to make my daughter’s food and they bought one to my room. I then asked the chef to cook some chicken wings or my children to eat and he cooked them and made the plate look so amazing, addicting a side salad and chips. It was incredible.

Room was nicer than expected - comfoetable and roomy. Great water pressure.

Overpriced. Old and poor quality towels. Very rusty piping under bathroom vanity. Pathways quite narrow when you are navigating with luggage and getting past people. No table to sit with chair outside room.

Everything from the restaurant to the gardens were neat and clean. Very pretty gardens. Rooms were very clean, neat and of a high standard.

Only downside is that i would like to see you offer a few larger family style rooms.

Staff very approachable. Comfortable, excellent location and perfect for our needs 😀

Single bed was a little small and flipped without warning when I sat on the edge to get out in the morning.

The location was exactly what we needed. It was close to the shops and good for us to just walk. The pool was amazing. It was good to just relax around the pool and meeting other people who stayed there. Loved it.

The bedside tables have power points under the shelf which you have to get on your knees to reach, not particularly easy for a 67 year old with bad knees. I Needed the power point to plug in my sleeping - breathingmachine.
