I liked the location and the pretty building. I enjoyed the nice breakfast.

That I had to pay to park my car. It cost me over eighty some euros to park 4 nights. I don't like it that they modernized the Restaurant. I had come there years ago, and it looked prettier and more German looking. I like curtains and tablecloths. I also would have preferred to eat my supper inside rather than outdoors.

Breakfast was adequate. I would have liked some more cooked options like sausage, bacon etc. . I stayed many times in this hotel 10 years ago. I liked the many improvements to it. Double glazing meant that I did not hear the bell chime anymore. The rooms were much better. One thing that perhaps was not as good was that there is seems not to be a reception just a small office. A suggestion may be when the office door is open have a fold down small worktop across the middle of the door to serve guests.

Beautiful historic building in superb position in the pedestrian area of this stunning town.

The rooms have character, but the reality of this is a dated feel, particularly in the bathrooms where the shower is tiny.

Cleanliness

They Gave the wrong keybox code. We travelled by car and hotel was informed on our very late arrival but they gave us an incorrect key code box. Thankfully someone from the Hotel staff helped us in.

Location in town centre. Helpful staff on busy weekend as it was town beer festival.

Room was plain but clean and functional

The room was clean, the breakfast was excellent and the location perfect closed to an underground parking.

Great hotel in centre of Kirchheim. Restaurant is on main square and very nice local food.
