The location is great! Just beside the shops and with a parking garage. Really great lications. The design of the hotel is very cute, although everything is only concrete. The staff is very friendly.

The floors in the room need a scrub, a cleaning now and then would be useful. The rooms are small, but enough for a night. The beds are not very comfortable, the matresses are hard.

Simple pretty place for one night. It’s all concrete and wood so insulation isn’t perfect so you can hear a lot reg street noise, next door, corridor .. mattress isn’t amazing, could be more firm and pillows very basic as well. Size of the room ok for one night. Parking is 12€. It’s public parking but they give a prepaid card.

Arrived at night. everything was already closed. settings according to the indicated number on the door. they said the password to the box on the street and there were the keys. the room was on the 3rd floor. big. good. warm. Fine. shower is good. no complaints. I arrived at the outlet. and this hotel had an outlet at the back). walk out the door, right through the packaging and there it is. you can buy something and immediately return to the room). super. went in the evening to a nearby restaurant La Bottega. the food there is very good. like wine.)

I could not call from my number to the indicated number on the door. it is necessary to indicate such a number so that there is a WhatsApp. And write immediately WhatsApp. and describe the procedure on the door. it is important. and so all is well.

Returned to Kitz Boutique Hotel for 3 nights and it was as great as the last time. The hotel is super clean, comfortable and modern, with excellent sleep quality (apart from the nearby church bells ringing early in the morning), super hot and powerful shower and very warm and cosy rooms. It was a great base for our 4 day stay and the bar/lounge area is a lovely space to relax and spend time in and enjoy a drink or 2. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the location in Metzingen excellent.

Breakfast is basic - not as many options as you would hope for and for sure adds up if you stay a few days with a few of you on the bill. There are no TV channels other than German ones, so if you are staying on a Sunday (when literally everything in Metzingen is closed), and you don't understand German, you will need your own entertainment to fill the time (and food, as we only found a McDonalds open for dinner and the reception and bar area are closed too).

The location is awesome. The hotel looks very new, although the rooms are a bit small. Parking lot is extremely expensive, even more expensive than the Metinzgen parking lot.

The restaurant is small for the capacity of guests, so we need to say in advance what time we'll have breakfast. Sometimes this lack of flexibility can bother the plans, instead of having a time window for the breakfast.

The location was ideal, in the centre of the outlet city. Although I arrived late the people of the hotel where extremely helpful and did everything they could to help me check in.

I love everything about this hotel. From staff, to breakfast, location, rooms, parking possibilities in garage (no roof box on car possible though).

Breakfast is very limited. They charge for baby crib, 50euro! Parking is 12 euro which you can park somewhere else for 10 euro.

Super quiet inside and out, excellent decor, great bed & shower - very very comfortable. Water cooler on the floor was a nice touch and I was allowed to stat working in the lounge/bar area all day with no issues - staff were great and self-check-in super easy.
