Breakfast was very very good. Lots of choices to eat. The Location of the hotel was not on the main hiway to get there. We seen a large Hotel sign pointing to a road leading to the Hotel a block and a half to the east. So we missed the turn to the road to the hotel and had to turn around and travel back to figure our where to turn to find it. Please consider adding flashing/ traveling arrows on the sign to draw your attention to where to turn on to the side street to the hotel.

Not enough handy cap paring near the main entry doors. All the handy cap parking places were filled up before sundown.

Easy location to find and a very nicely appointed and comfortable room.

Would have given and exceptional rating overall to this hotel, however in our room the bathroom barndoor was extremely hard to get open once closed. Also, the bathroom sink had an extremely slow drain. Everything else was very nice and comfortable. Although we had no intention of swimming, the pool was out of service which would have been a big disappointment if we had young kids with us. The kitchen staff was a little slow in replacing breakfast items that were already gone. A couple of food items were not as tasty as they could have been.

Hotel was very nice. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable.

Pool and hot tub were not working. This was one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. When asked if I could receive a discount due to pool and hot tub being out of service I was told no since I had booked through a third party, booking.com

I thought I'd book a handicap room with seated roll in shower. Had a tub .was suppose to have a seat for tub. Staff had to hunt one down for us but we're able to find one. Put us on 4th floor with a person with limited mobility and not close to elevator either.

This place is awesome....except for the awful craters in the parking area. It appears that perhaps the parking lot was faulty...perhaps in litigation? I noticed that people have literally complained now for two years. Otherwise, though, best designed room I've ever had. King Exec suite has entire kitchen area, bath with separate vanity/closet from the commode/shower, so several people can use simultaneously. Great fan, nightlight provided. Perfect lighting, desk area and couch away from bed. The AC works great and does not blow on the bed like most hotel rooms. Good fast elevator, quiet room. WIFI you can count on. Lots of storage for those extended stays.

Parking lot

This is our go to place when we come to Guymon. Like the size of the room and the breakfast is good.

I have experience in the hotel business and found it odd that no one was at the desk at check out. Any time, but especially at check out! There was just a sign with a phone number if help was needed.

Blown away with this hotel! It was super clean and the beds were some of the comfiest i have slept on ever! Check in was a breeze and all the staff at the hotel was kind and always said hello. I would stay again if ever have the oppurtunity.

The hotel was a very nice and quiet place to stay. Our room was spotless. The entire hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. There was plenty of seating for the satisfying selection of breakfast fare. Would stay there again.

The coffee served could be stronger and better tasting.

Comfortable rooms, A/C that worked,plenty of available parking, The worker at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was a Hit!

The pot hole on the rod going to the hotel, and the swimming pool being O/S.

This facility is either pretty new or remodeled, it was very nice. Staff were nice and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were very happy and the beds were comfortable.

The pool and hot tub were out of service during our stay, hopefully they have that resolved soon.
