Like the swimming pool and it was clean and enough depth for kids to have some fun. Like the suite with the kitchen , especially we used it for prepare little bit for our kids . Loved the person at the buffet in morning . The lady was super nice and exceptional. She had so much energy.

If there was a restaurant ( maybe I didn’t know) that would be great . May be more variety for the breakfast like sausages, bacon etc . May be some noodles ( fancy ) .

The girls at check in and check out where friendly and polite. The water in the pool was warm Nice big towels in the room Room was spacious and clean Allowed us to do a later check out Awesome breakfast

The hot tub was closed Very dim lighting in the pool area. There are only 3 chairs in the pool area for sitting on Rust on various metal items in the pool area.

My room was dirty..I should have said something but was greatful they had a room for us a few hours earlier than check in as we were very tired..we have stayed here many of times..always gave a 5 stars rating.(carpets .were not vaccumed ..tub was dirty..and countertop not washed..was a little dissapointed as we stayed here many a times before..no issues..

Updated room, great rate. Delicious mini egg pancakes for breakfast. Only part I didn’t like is how much I have to write in this box. A minimum of 2 sentences about a hotel stay is too much so I am just rambling here.

This review. Hotel was perfect, but not allowing me to put a few short words and move on from this review is very irritating. I can’t imagine how many people just stop filling out the survey when they get to this point

The check-in staff was informative about new system and how the changes affect my booking a reservation, like booking for 2 rooms is now separate reservations and have to be paid in 2 transactions. The breakfast was good, and the attendant was quick to help me and answer any quiry.

Check-out lady was not making my check-out easy, left me frustrated.

I was here about 9 years ago, it was a good central location to meet family. Staff were very accommodating then and still are. Pool area is starting to show it's age, rust stains on deck. My family visited and enjoyed the pool with me.

The pool attendant put the chemicals directly into the pool which resulted in my adult son and 10 year old grand son getting chemical burns on their face and in their eyes.

Spacious, Cleanliness, comfortable bed, bed linens were so skin-friendly, availability of basic needs like fridge and coffee maker

Not sure really whether the bath shower were working or water pressure wasn't strong during morning coz I tried to use but no water was coming out. I did managed to use water from the faucet. Not a big issue.

Breakfast was ok. I have troubles with eating dairy, flour and sugar. The most of the breakfast was that.

Breakfast. Would be nice to enjoy fruit, sugarless gluten free cereal, dairy free milk (rice milk), egg, seeds, simple meat, vegetables, gluten free foods for example.

The pool was a nice size and the had a water slide and hot tub, facilities looked clean and the complimentary breakfast offered a variety of choices. The room was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and the pool towells were continually stocked.

The elevator was quite small and the rug in the elevator needed cleaning and had a musty odor in the elevator. The keurig in my room was a bit difficult to get to work at first...the lid on the top kept popping open

Tasty breakfast with lots of variety. Rooms and property were clean and quiet. Beds super comfy

On first look the property looks very new and fancy. On closer inspection you can see patched holes and bits & pieces that were redone.
