Small family-run, cozy hotel. Wonderful view from the window. Just cross the road to the beach. Nearby there are shops, restaurants. Everything works until late at night. Good soundproofing in the room. Comfortable beds. Clean. Cleaned every day. The staff helps if you have any questions. About parking or where to eat. Cozy homely atmosphere. The staff is very open to communication. Easy and interesting communication.

Some nuances to consider We didn't have a kettle in our room. But there is a coffee machine on the first floor where you can get boiling water. And also make yourself coffee and tea. You have to pay for coffee. Parking. It was difficult to find it right next to the hotel. You will have to walk. The hotel also helped me with parking. They issued a parking pass and resolved the issue with the fine for parking the car crookedly.

Alberto was an amazing host and we had true Italian breakfast every morning. The view from our room was amazing. The location is perfect. There were 100 restaurants and little shops within easy walking distance. Even a small supermarket and there is a kitchenette in the room so we could cook our own meals and save money when we wanted.

Absolutely nothing. We booked a month here again next year with Alberto before we left. This place is home to us now.

Location at the beach with sea view. Comfortable and clean room. The host is friendly and helpful. He helped us to pay the parking fee and showed where to park the car.

We spent 16 days in the spacious and stylish "Golden Suite" (Studio with kitchinette) in October 2021 and everything was to our full satisfaction: very quite, allways spotless clean, good quality furniture (including very comfortable mattresses), modern and good enough equipped kitchenette for self-catering (which we daily did), plenty of parking spaces in front of the hotel... and many sunny days with even 24 - 26°C, allowing long walks on the endless beach... The sea-view cannot be included here, as it was over any expectations. Even in October, enough cafes and restaurants were still open... but there are also many good supermarkets nearby. Bellaria is an ideal starting point to visit the surroundings (by car, bus or train): Ravenna, Rimini, San Marino, Gradara, Urbino, Savignano sul Rubicone (with its ancient Roman bridge where 2000 years ago, Caesar would have said: "Alea iacta est") etc etc... "Mille grazie" ... to the hotel staff, allways so polite, friendly and caring: "the Junior" Laurenzio, the young Lady from the Reception, the more than diligent and conscientious cleaning Lady... but especially to Signor Vito, the best host we ever had in a hotel.
