The included breakfast was good, and appreciated. The beds were actually really comfortable. It was a cold night when we stayed but the rooms were warm. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. We booked for a family of four so had two bedrooms, each with it's own TV and ensuite, and a common kitchenette area. This suited us perfectly. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Probably the only negative was the very early morning noise from other guests. Clearly this is an accommodation booked out predominantly by workers (like most of Kal) so it wasn't unexpected. Just disappointing that there was no consideration for other guests - very loud conversations outside our room pre-5am, loud reversing vehicles, and someone was playing music fairly loudly from about 5am to 5.30am. If you are a light sleeper, pack earplugs.

First night we were cooking dinner in the oven and when I went to start the potatoes on the stove top none of the hotplates worked. Our dinner was almost ready and we figured nothing could be done til the morning so we went and bought chips from Red Rooster. My husband had a thought on the Sunday and discovered the switch behind the microwave. Maybe put a sign above the stove top so people are aware. The only other thing would be that the couch could use updating. It had been drawn on and looked quite aged.

Breakfast only had buffet option to cater for mining staff, so not ideal for me but ideal for them. Location - excellent as close enough to walk to city & supermarket & meals without being in the centre. Secure parking for vehicle

Rooms a little on the small side.

It was clean and very quiet but we could easily walk up and down Hannan Street so it was close to everything. Very affordable with room service. Comfortable beds and inside, the unit seemed sound proof as one couldn’t even hear any noise from other tenants

Room was small,so they kindly upgraded to a bigger room with a couch and verandah at no coast for our 3 nights, so that was a big LIKE, epinnthe ens nothing we didnt like

Staff were lovely and friendly. We had a buffet dinner, which was great and value for money. Our room was cosy for an overnight stay.

We could not park our car in front of our room. We like to keep an eye on our car. However, it was not far from our room.

The room was clean and tidy, the staff was friendly and very welcoming and I would definitely book here again for another stay. Stayed for 4 nights and was lovely.

Turned the cleaners away once and they never came back to our room.

The room was incredibly clean and the bathroom has been renovated so it is clean and bright. There was a kitchenette, couch, table and chairs, plus ensuite so it was really spacious and comfortable.

I would say the couch could have done with a steam clean. Overall it was a great room.

Facilities were well appointed. Meals were available but you could cook in the unit. The laundry was free to use which is a bonus. Easy to walk to the shops and restaurants
