Really enjoyed my stay at Ridges, staff encountered were nice & friendly. Reception staff member was so helpful in finding, understanding in locating the guest laundry room. Experienced an issue with someone else who used my room number when ordering breakfast. Was staggered that happened and staff would not assure me it would and was investigated.

Housekeeping- bed was not made even though I left nothing on bed to prevent that. Hoped by putting the red tag on door when I left one day the room would be vacuumed, but it wasn't.

The two bedroom apartment was a good size for 4 adults, each bedroom had its own en-suite The beds were large and comfortable, the pillow were good, the cupboards had plenty of space and the kitchen was adequate for our needs. The restaurant was happy to supply extra plates and cutlery. It was very quiet and parking was right at the door. We had a rental car that made it very easy to see the tourist attractions and visit a supermarket. The staff in the Reception and the Restaurant were friendly and very helpful

The Reception was very busy often with only one staff member on duty. We were keen to go out and about and did not want to wait in the qué so we often came back at a later time.

The location is perfect for those travelling for business. Breakfast was extremely good and handy for those on the go early.

The pool was out of action since the power outage and it should have been advertised in the website. I was called after I checked out to say the bed was wet!! The room was left spotless and neat. Had to wait in the next town due to signal for 30 mins while they gathered further information. To which they had none and no photos. It was disappointing to be accused of something. There was an apology but it still left a sour taste.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were so good. I always bring my pillow from home, when I travel. I didn't need to use it. Having a spa in the large bathroom was a treat.

The door to the outside area with table and chairs was locked, so I wasn't able to go out there with my morning coffee. The channels on the television weren't great. Only free to air didn't give much options for entertainment. As with most hotels, the lighting in the bathroom over the mirror was inadequate for make up application. A brighter light is definitely needed.

Included breakfast was great. Over Easter there was no cooked option........but yeah it was great other days. I will stay here again if I have any Business in Kalgoorlie and would not hesitate to recommend it to Friends and associates.

Pillows are rubbish. Bedding is meh! pedestrian. Its just a little niggle and yes I'm fussy about pillows. I spent a few days in Esperance at the modest Bay of Isles and the bedding there was much nicer. Maybe I should shut up as it's not a suite at the Windsor but when the 45-year-Old Motel down the road shows you up.................Maybe do something.

Loved our room, especially the big bath. The bed was really comfy, it was peaceful and quiet and we slept incredibly well. We also appreciated the gifted wine, although it would have been nice to get a choice of red or white.

The food was really disappointing, essentially just pub grub but you got less food, lower quality and slower service than other places in town for the same price. We were looking forward to the advertised cooked breakfast, however there was no cooked food whatsoever and although we went down at 8am, there was pretty much nothing left on the continental spread. The pancake machine served up tiny pikelets of which you only got the bottom half and the coffee machine spat out half a cup of terrible coffee. Needless to say we had to visit a coffee shop afterwards to top up. It's such a shame as it used to be a fabulous restaurant.

A stay at Rydges was a great way to finish after a long drive from Border Village. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. All the staff we encountered were very welcoming and friendly. The continental breakfast, was just right before our onward journey to Perth.

The only downside was the restaurant running on a restricted menu on Saturday night (no grill). The menu was limited to items such as pizza, burgers, parmigiana, pasta.

We booked a villa with two bedrooms for one night. The moment we entered the villa it looked amazing. Had everything needed for a villa. I extended out stay another night before we left to drive back to Perth. Staff was also amazing and very friendly. Villa had it’s private parking outside the villa. 6 hour drive was worth it. Thank u Rydges Kalgoorlie. We will definitely be back to stay longer. Highly recommend if ur travelling for holiday. 😊

The breakfast was excellent. The pool area and spa was also excellent

We had the need for a disability access room which was incorrectly configured on arrival, however sorted quickly. The big heavy glass doors are not possible to open independently if using an assistive mobility walker, need to wait for someone to assist. We were informed of a late checkout with our deal, however it did not appear on our booking.

We arrived a little early and was checked in by Serena . She was so nice and friendly . Great staff in restaurant for brekkie and dinner. Room service was a bonus. Loved having housekeeping checking in everyday to see if we needed anything.

A little disappointed that restaurant only served steaks on weekdays and the weekday we dined in the chef was out sick.
